I was very impressed with perfect group.From my dealings with the administration to the guys who moved us on the day, Lewis, Jordan and Cory.They were professional , polite and friendly. They took charge of everything and handled our belongings with care. I will definitely recommend this company. A stressful day was made much easier.

I was very impressed with the courtesy shown from the 3 guys. They were very efficient and all of my possessions were wrapped and cared for. I have already recommended the company to a friend who will be moving in the near future. 5 stars are definitely well earned.

Many many thanks to Connor and Lauren for arranging our move! To Leon and his three colleagues for the way they handled our move making a potentially stressful situation, stress free! We would extremely pleased if Leon and his team were able to carry out our move from temporary accommodation back to our home. Fast, efficient and helpful team both times we have used Perfect. We were pretty unprepared for move date and had small kids getting in the way but the team dealt with everything quickly and with a smile. They quickly dismantled all our furniture when moving out and quickly rebuilt it when we moved back in. The head office kept us informed of everything efficiently.

Efficient, proactive, hard working and honest guys! Our belongings were kept properly and dealt with care. Big shout to the team running things behind the scenes! Again, efficient, professional and responsive. Happy to work with them again.

Last year, Haydon and Aaron removed and stored the contents of my home. They were polite, helpful, courteous, took care of my furnishings and worked very hard, with good humour. Haydon, Leon and Mark moved my contents back in recently and once again, they took great care, were polite and courteous and did a great job. Lauren and Connor organised the moves brilliantly and the whole team made a stressful time in my life a lot easier. I highly recommend their services.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Hayden, Joe, David, and Kevin for their outstanding service yesterday – they were absolutely fantastic, truly the dream team!

I was feeling quite anxious about the day, but their professionalism and friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. They were not only efficient but also incredibly polite and considerate throughout the entire process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience – they made everything so much smoother.

I’d also like to thank Lauren and the team in the office, as they were a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly efficient.

My wife and I needed removals, export wrapping, and storage in preparation for our move to Australia. From our initial consultation with Joe Grafton to the moving day expertise of Scott and Callum, and the recent support from Samantha, Connor, and Ashley during our visit to reorganise our belongings in storage, we have been thoroughly impressed. The entire team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly can’t thank them enough!

The Perfect Group Removals team were very professional, understanding, diligent and adaptive to our circumstances. In particular Leon helped my elderly mother with the boxing up and was so kind and understanding.

A stressful week due to house damage was suddenly lifted for a few hours thanks to these guys.
Great communication and truly helpful, courteous guys helped us. We had a good laugh as the guys moved, unwrapped and pushed everything into place.

Office staff were quick and efficient getting me a removal date as soon as possible. The removal guys were brilliant, they went above and beyond even assembled my beds while I was out! Great service will recommend

A short-notice large domestic pack, removal and unload was handled with the utmost care, attention and professionalism by Steve and the team. Thank you.
But there is more. It was the little things, the care with wrapping and packing, the courtesy, the reliability, the communication, all faultless.
The big things too were handled brilliantly, including a grand piano, actually the piano sounds better after the move, so thanks for tuning it on the journey.
At the time I said how impressed I was, how this move was the best move ever. So only five stars, I would actually rate ten.

Everything around the removal was handled incredibly professionally.
Regular phone contact & updates with the Exeter office & Richard on the ground was really helpful.
The two teams on the two days were brilliant.
My 91 year old Mum was very grateful to have her belongings so well cared for. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Perfect service!

Steve and the guys did a great job removing all our furniture into storage, packing and covering all our furniture and fragile items..
They were very accommodating all the way through the move.
