This is the message I sent to the Bearded Brothers after they moved us 22nd May

I'm not a person who normally leaves reviews but because the team there asked me to and because they did such a good job on this occassion i'm very happy to do so. Message follows below - very much a strong recommend from us 👍

Thank you for all your efforts today. We were massively impressed by not just your physical effort but by your customer 1st ethos - questions, queries, challenging furniture breakdowns, last minùte requests, nothing was a bother for you guys at all and all handled with typical Brighton laid back good grace. We definetly made the right choice going with the Bearded Brothers!!

Courteous and efficient all round. The packing service was great, I don't know how we'd have managed it ourselves - everything was carefully wrapped. The removal was quick and efficient, boxes were collected soon after.

We moved to a 2/3rd floor flat with no lift, on the hottest day of the year. The guys were amazing, so efficient and really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is moving.

Fantastic service as always from bearded bros! We used the packing service and removal service this time and both were conducted efficiently, confidently and with no fuss! Everyone was polite and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. Once unpacked, they are also coming to collect the boxes and packing material. Thanks to everyone at bearded bros! Very happy customer.

Many of my friends in Brighton always recommended Bearded Bros as the go-to movers, and I can now absolutely see why.
Sam & Dean were truly fantastic! They made moving a truck full of furniture and boxes across multiple floors and tight staircases look like a piece of cake. They worked fast, efficiently, and with great care, making my big moving day very pleasant. 10/10!

I recently moved from a 3rd floor flat with no lift and paid for both the packing service as well as removals. Bearded Bros were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Very professional, respectful and so efficient too! Every single one of their team members is super friendly too. Would highly recommend them!

This firm are highly recommended. Used now by my partner when he moved house, my daughter when they moved flats, and now by myself having moved in with my partner.
They arrived punctually, were professional, efficient and got the job done within 2 hours as quoted.
Friendly, helpful and cannot fault these guys.

Great experience with the Bearded Bros team. They were professional, friendly, and handled everything with care. They listened to what I needed, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful move feel much smoother. Really appreciated their positive attitude, friendliness and support on the day.

I would minus several stars if possible. My move was a mess. And we only moved 10 minutes away. I hired 20 boxes, I only had 19 returned.
I called and complained, the boy refused to accept responsibility and refused to use their insurance. Valuable artworks were in that box and much more. I am still in distress about it 3 years later, the loss was so devastating to me.
The new place was being rebuilt so complete unpacking happened a over a year later and so much is missing. All in that lost box.
The Bearded Brothers wouldn't even complete the move; the 2 boys left saying they has another job to go to. Right then I WAS THE JOB! My partner and I were left at the old property with boxes all around us. Very angry, he luckily had a van; we had been helping them the whole time with that van and they took advantage of usl. I also only had one arm at the time; they could clearly see I was in a sling. But I left to deal with it. What if i had no one to help?
I called them again, they refused to use their insurance again. This is the only reason I used them; they had insurance for losses. I will post constantly my experience until they apologise and cough up. I'm disgusted with the lot of them and my heart rate goes up every time I see one of their vans. I was abused, my partner was abused, taken advantage off and ripped off when the loss occurred. Disgusted.

Big thank you to Sam for moving us ( along with Craig and Seb ) nothing was too much trouble . Very respectful of our furniture and flat . It was a pleasure to have such a cheerful and hard working crew . (5 th move with BB )

Excellent service from the Bearded Bros. We used them five times in the space of six months or so (and rented storage from them) on each occasion the experience could not be faulted.
For example, though it was not their fault in the slightest, we couldn’t move our washing machine on the day (a broken isolation valve) so they came back and moved it a couple of days later for free. They didn’t have to, but I think it tells you a lot about their company that they did.
Very highly recommended.

Jeff and Ollie were great in moving us they were polite and careful and efficient it was nice to see them use carpet protectors on our new carpets. We were very happy with the service from Bearded Bros. The guys doing our move were happy to take things wherever we wanted in the house and were careful, friendly and got the job done faster than expected.

They arrived on time. Really friendly and worked hard to move from one third floor flat to another. All done well within the two hour slot booked including the drive inbetween.

Super efficient and responsive service from start to finish. All staff were polite and helpful - and move was prompt and perfect. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

One of the worst services I received, couldn’t follow basic order. Furnitures that needed to be loaded had labels and I explained those with the blue label need to be loaded, to leave the rest. Yet they took also furniture that weren’t mine without a label. I was assured the wardrobe dismantling was in their capacity but they were totally incompetent, I told them how to disassemble the wardrobe, they ignored and argued with each other for 20 minutes on what to do trying to do the very thing I told them not to, risking damaging the property, and wasted so much time that than I had to pay, they then destroyed my wardrobe, without telling me, they lied saying that it wasn’t put together properly. Then lost several parts of the wardrobe and the left with the screws, which I only got back several weeks later and not even all of them. Utter rubbish for an extortionate amount of money

The whole team at Bearded Bros were awesome, Anthony and Harry were amazing on moving day! I was having a last minute move downsizing with a broken foot so logistics were stressing me. The team were friendly and made me feel completely calm about the amount of stuff I had to be moved. They advised on whether to take a wardrobe that had been damaged by damp, re-assembled furniture the other side and even helped with room layout. I left them to it and everything was handled perfectly, completely took the stress out of moving, well worth the money and would use again!

Friendly, professional and really hard workers. Would highly recommend.
