Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. This delivery company gives you a massive time slot—often 6-8 hours—and if you’re not home for that entire window, they just take the package back and try again the next day with the same huge slot. No option to leave it with a neighbor or drop it at a pickup point, even when I specifically emailed them asking for that.
Their help desk? A joke. You’ll get a canned response 2 days later that doesn't address anything you asked. And if you miss the second attempt (again, during another massive time window), they just send the package back. No flexibility, no communication, no consideration.
It's 2025—how is this still a thing? Avoid if you have any kind of normal life or job.
Peddler said they delivered on holiday
Peddler said they delivered on a national holiday in april. Never received the items. Send a complaint. A outside partner was handling the claim. Never heard again from them nor Peddler

Stayed at home for nothing!
So I ordered two packages. Where the company says the mailman tried delivering the packages three times and they send it back. Mind you: every day that they tried to deliver, someone was at home! Both my neighbours are also at home most of the times, but no one called at their door. Why do people even choose to do this as a job when they are not planning to do it? I live in EU and these packages where from Asia! I had to receive them for a birthdayparty. Next time I order something I'm going to ask for another office.

Horrible service!
Horrible! I’ve been trying to get in contact with costumer service for days on end. I wanted to change the address of where my package had to be delivered. I tried contacting them, but there is no phone number anywhere and to my surprise there is no way to leave the package at a pickup point or reschedule at all. The only way to maybe change the address is by messaging the chatbot and making a ticket. But unfortunately I didn't get any response from the ticket I sent. Now the tracking code says my package is being sent back to the sender.
How do you run a company with no way of contacting customer service or anything? If I could choose, I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Peddler treat their customers as idiots!
According them they delivered a package at my place while I’m on vacation. When asking the helpdesk how they delivered because the coming weeks I can’t check they refer to their track & trace which only show that the package is delivered. After several e-mail in which I’m asking if the package is delivered at the neighbors or thru the mailbox their keep on referring to the track & trace which only show that the package is delivered. Can’t get any further with this company!

Absolute shit, no way to contact the company or deliverer. I was waiting all day home only to get a mail that I was not home. There is maintenance in our building so the doorbell temporarily does not work! However, no option to give certain messages or instructions to the deliverer. Complete garbage.

I along with other customers are still waiting for their packages. Peddler don't even have a telephone contact on their website. How do we contact these people?. Are they even legal? The automatic tracker query keeps moving the date of delivery. I have ordered over one month ago.

My package got delayed but with the help of Helpdesk everything was sorted out and I received my package a few days later...

Besides the constant "rescheduled"…
Besides the constant "rescheduled" update for every delivery so far, apparently according to Paddler I'm never home when they try to deliver.
Spoiler Alert: I'm home every time a delivery is scheduled, but nobody is ringing the bell, not trying to actually deliver.
Absolute scammers
For a whole day at home, and they say I was absent! No ringing as well. Get away from this scammers.
