If I could give 0 stars I would give…

If I could give 0 stars I would give that to peddler, package has been in the local depot for days and yet no updates are given regarding the delivery. It’s been 2 days waiting from 9am till 9Pm. When you call them they can give no information or contact details of the right departement, and they’ll tell you to wait another day. Picking up is no option and i even have to send an e-mail to the HR departement because the reception worker told me they respond quicker than the actual helpdesk mailbox. Stay away from Peddler!!!

Useless POS delivered somewhere my…

Useless POS delivered somewhere my package and now I need to look for it.

Even tho I indicated on which floor we live, the eunuch just dropped the item somewhere and now it cannot be found.

If possible use a different delivery service because Peddler deserves go bankrupt

Third time in a row package not delivered

Third time in a row, Peddler claims a package was delivered while I'm not at the delivery address. Have done two police reports and gotten two refunds for the first two parcels so far. Filing complaint at sender, again.

I have now 10+ packages with them and…

I have now 10+ packages with them and what i will say is that every package in the end i got delivered, however the process is mediocre at best. Things that could be improved:
- why do couriers sometimes randomly swipe the package as delivered when it isnt? I then later have to contact support only for the package to go from “delivered” to “in local depot” to then again to delivered when its actually delivered. This is super frustrating for me because i dont know if delivery attempts will be made again and when
- the time range 9:00 - 21:00 is huge and its always the same, i take days off for no one to show up. Its also very random when they come, sometime its 8:00 sometime 16:00. their warehouse is 1 min walking from me, cant i just go there and pick it up? It would be easier. This leads me to:
- no pick up point; couldnt your warehouse in the middle of the city be a pick up point too for example? Hold the package for a week if its not picked up ship it back
- they added a tracking map with their courier which is a big plus but couldnt we then also get a more defined estimate? Like 11:00-11:30 or something? Since we can see the courier but not his route.
- the couriers are generally pretty nice and they’re doing a tough job so props to them

To be honest those are my only complaints, fix those and you easy rival the traditional delivery services

Peddler is the reason to stop buying…

Peddler is the reason to stop buying from AliExpress! They give all the reason you can imagine for not delivering…. Multiple lost packages in there warehouse. Or extra weeks waiting time. And the direct you to the seller which cant do anything about peddlers problems…

I feel anxious when my vendor chooses Peddler to deliver my product.

The delivery window is from 9 am to 9 pm! Seriously? And then it is always, not at home, next time throwing it to a random neighbor! They don't have a pickup point, nor do they provide a way to contact a person or store where I can collect.
Every time my vendor chooses peddler, I feel really anxious! I don't know why they still choose peddler to deliver the product. They are probably as cheap as their rating.

Package has been en route to the local depot for over 2 days. Even if someone walked from Belgium they would have arrived by now. The company is outside of the delivery period, no contact, no response to my messages. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Embarrassingly sad for a company that advertises same day delivery.

They had casper as my courier. Invisible.

I was waiting at my doorsteps for hours and I didn't even get a knock. The only movement i felt was my phone notification telling me that I was not home when they deliver it.
I was, AT THE DOORSTEPS. I didn't even see the guy who was trying to deliver it. At this point, save yourself some time and use other delivery services. Put it on a pickup point would be better because this company just robbed you out of your time.

Delivered and signed off, but did not and nothing deliverd.

Ali Express decides to work with this deliverer, and you cannot alter it.

They always drop the package in front of the door and do not ring the doorbell. But also, they do not even deliver at all, ie when you received a message the package was delivered and signed off by you, and one minute later you search for the package everywhere around your house. There is literally nothing. Let's wait how the helpdesk will support me.

Peddler Express is a really bad…

Peddler Express is a really bad company. They took my package, worth 85 euros, which I ordered through AliExpress. They showed me proof that the package was delivered to a pickup point, yet they were the same company that emailed me saying they do not deliver to pickup points and that I should provide my real address.I sent them my real address as requested, but until now I still have not received my package . They calm the package is delivered scammers

No star should be given. The delivery for this company is: bring the parcel to where the address is on the map, and leave it at the location wherever you can find the same number. They even take pictures with the same number hahahahah

Delivery attempt failed 18 days ago and then total silence. I reached out to support and they told thay they dont know where the package is but they would appreciate if I let them know if I receive the package. What a joke. I thought 3 euro import fee would kill aliexpress shopping but peddler express did.

Claim to deliver, but don't actually do

Claim to deliver, but the package somehow never arrives. This happened twice already. The cameras at the front door never seem to catch a glampse of any of their drivers. I guess they must either be ghosts, or they throw away the package at a random place/steal it.

Horrible company, avoid if at all possible.
