Horrible service. PDN Express marked my parcel as delivered on 3 August 2026 at 14:09, although I was at home and the courier did not ring, knock or contact me.

The courier left the parcel unattended outside my front door, took a “proof of delivery” photo and left. I never authorised the parcel to be left there. When I checked at 14:30, only 21 minutes later, the parcel was gone.

Considering that nobody rang the doorbell, the parcel disappeared almost immediately, and many other customers describe nearly identical situations, I strongly suspect that the courier may have taken the parcel again after taking the photo. I cannot prove this without camera footage, but this is honestly what the circumstances suggest to me.

A photo of a parcel temporarily placed outside a door is not proof that it was delivered to the recipient. I contacted PDN Express by email and requested an investigation.

The tracking information claimed that a delivery was attempted on 24 July and the recipient was not available. This is simply not true. I was at home all day waiting for the package, my Ring doorbell camera clearly shows no #PDN Express courier came to my address or attempted to deliver it.

Since then, my package has completely disappeared and nobody seems to know where it is.

Trying to contact PDN Express has been just as frustrating. The mobile phone number is never answered and only says that the voicemailbox is full. Emails are ignored and there is no way to get any information or assistance.

This is by far one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had. Poor communication, inaccurate tracking information, and no customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wish i could give negative 5 stars, because what a shitshow delivery company is PDN express. Just received a notification that my package is delivered in the mailbox. Went down to get it and found a shitshow. The package did not fit in the mailbox, so the delivery guy decided it’s okay to leave a package hanging out halfway of a mailbox. Mind you I was at home and nobody rang the bell. How hard is it to ring the bell as a delivery guy, isn’t that literally your job?? This is ridiculous, the package could have been stolen. Also, he tried pushing it in the mailbox and with this he damaged some of the goods inside the package. Display items that now cannot be used for display because they are broken. Tries filing a complaint with PDN, but nowhere on their website I could find customer service. Of course not. Bizarrely ridiculous delivery company and delivery guy. AVOID PDN EXPRESS!

Horrible! They left my package in a public area accessible to anyone in my flat building but marked it as ‘delivered to the recipient in person’ when I came to collect my package it was gone.
As I can see, many more have the same issue. Seems like the deliverers take pictures of ‘proof of delivery’ but end up stealing the packages. Contacted them twice by mail and no response.

They said that they couldn't find my address but they were just at the wrong side of the street..... so now i don't have my package

Package marked as delivered, but it was not. As I can see I'm not the only one.
Unfortunately for the thief, the package contains only some bags for my cleaning robot.

Left my package at the neighbour's door, because they got the wrong street, but the right number. Unfortunately the neighbours are away on holiday.

By the time I found out this happened, the package was already gone. I was home on the day of delivery, if the idiot delivery man actually read the street name, this wouldn't have happened.

This is a scam, not a delivery company.
They tried to deliver my parcel once on Sunday without any notice and of course I was not at home. They even didn’t try to leave it with my neighbors. And there were no other attempts. Why do they even exist and companies work with them. I do not understand this. And zero customer service. Nobody on earth will reply to you.

the most restarted delivery service i have ever met, and that say allot considering they are always crap. here in holland you are responsible for it not the customer. no communication, no responses to my email, just end your company now cause it wold last. losers.

Wow, never order anything at aliexpress anymore. Delivery without notification and he just drives off with my package. Does not even try the neighbours.

Aliexpress just killed there own business by using this Delivery service

The package status becomes "Delivery Delayed - Change the delivery time." twice, and is still not delivered. Also, their phone number doesn't work and they don't reply emails.

They just dumped it on the sidewalk and declared is 'delivered'. Their feedback page is also non-functional.

1 star is to much to give these lazy people. Ive been ghosted for over a month to later have a reply its my own problem. Do your job dude.. it aint that hard?

Very poor delivery service.

My package was not delivered to my front door. Instead, the driver left it unattended at the main entrance of my apartment building and marked it as "delivered." I never received the package.

I immediately contacted PDN to report the missing package, but I have not received a proper solution. Because of the driver's mistake, my package has disappeared, and AliExpress has refused to refund me since the tracking status shows "delivered."

It is unacceptable to leave packages unattended in a public area and then consider them successfully delivered. As a result, I have lost both my package and my money.

I cannot recommend this delivery service. Deliver packages to the customer's door, not to the main entrance where they can easily be stolen.

At first my i got a notification that the package couldnt be delivered, because my adress "couldnt be found", i read in multiple reviews that this happened to other people as well. I tried reaching out to pdn. Their inbox was full so it didnt seem promising, but is still send an email, because why not try. After about a week i got a reply, my package would be delivered again, and it arrived 1 day later! So i'm pretty content.

Very disappointing delivery service.

The courier rang my doorbell, said that a parcel had arrived, and then simply left it on the first-floor landing of the building without handing it to me personally. He took a photo of the parcel and drove away. PDN0062107075
Anyone passing through the building could have taken it. This is not a secure or professional delivery service.
I was lucky that my parcel was still there when I went downstairs, but customers should not have to rely on luck to receive their orders.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Package from AliExpress to the Netherlands. They didn't find the address, didn't give an explanation about it, they were continuously unreachable until I was able to send an email asking to change the address. They confirm the change, however still tried to deliver in the exact previous address. Now I'm being ignored for 2 weeks via email and there's no phone number to contact and solve this. AliExpress also doesn't take responsibility for this. So I just recommend everyone to start using alternatives such as temu. Never have I ever had problems with temu and when I sorta did, they immediately refunded me. This is unacceptable after making so many orders and being a usual customer

I've never had a good experience with PDN express.

My first parcel was thrown into a random neighbor's mailbox while I was home all day, expecting them to ring my bell. They did not ring my neighbor's bell either. Just tossed it in without making sure anyone even lived there. (It's an apartment complex where people move in and out all the time.)

Months later, another parcel landed in their hands. This one doesn't fit through the mailbox slot and due to delayed shipping time would be delivered while I was on vacation. I emailed PDN in advance to explain I wouldn't be home for 2 weeks and asked what my options would be. Silence... days later I got a call from the delivery person so I told him the situation and when I'd be home again. He said he'd note it down HOWEVER, the next day, THEY DELIVERED IT! With the most vague proof pictures I have ever seen in my life. A close-up of the package, and a close-up of a sign on the wall of the communal hall. I finally got a response to my email which completely ignored the problem and just told me it's delivered.

After a days worth of failed attempts, I finally reached a neighbor able to look for the parcel. But he found nothing. I am bracing myself to come home to my parcel being stolen. I am extremely frustrated I payed shipping costs for this.
