fake deliveries, and delivery persons are so incompetent they cant find you address when its on the package itself.

Can't reach customer service by email or phone👎🏻 ,no information they have my package,no information about the delivery.just the most useless courier service.😡

Garbage company. Zero attempt was made no reason was even given as to why no attempt was made.

Normal delivery companies email u with a link with accurate delivery time and day.. This company doesnt so u never know when they are there. U cant call their phone cuz u get voicemail straight away and cant leave a message because the inbox is full.. cant reschedule hour package either no pickup point either…

Went to the website tried to click on the iphone store logo to download the app.. theres no link behind the logo so went and searched it myself.. downloaded the app tried to create an account i couldnt in the app.. went back to the website to create an account.. theres no option of that either… I dont blame the driver he send me pictures he was in front of my house.. but the company itself is horrible… worst delivery experience so far.. i ordered from aliexpress…

This company is a joke. I ordered something a month and a half ago, and it has been out for delivery for 22 days. No answer whatsoever when contacting their 'customer support' service. Stay away.

I received an e-mail notification that the package had been delivered. There was also a photo attached, showing the package halfway in the mailbox. When I got home, I didn’t find anything in the mailbox. When I unlocked the front door with my key, I found a package on a chair—it turned out to be my package. Just then, a couple of neighbors came in; they had found the package on the ground in the hallway, that is accessible to everyone, and placed it on this chair.
Maybe AliExpress should take another look at this delivery method.

Worst company I've ever worked with. Phone does not works, email they dont reply.
The delivery is terrible, lying about saying that is not possible to deliver in my address, but I live in de centrum of the city.

If I could have given less than 1 star, I would. The lack of professionality of this forwarding company is deeply disappointing. Instead of delivering to my neighbors, they just threw the package on my front lawn. The delivery person even had the guts to take photos of this. Avoid at all costs!

They delivered the package to someone else and write down delivered at the reception to someone while my the pictures shows clearly left it on the street, this is the second time with this company please stay away the worst company ever

My package from AlieExpress is literally just sitting at their warehouse for days and should have been already delivered days ago. I ordered because I needed my package on the delivery date. Their phone number goes straight to a voicemail inbox that says “this voicemail inbox is full”.

Order arrived at their facility (The Hague, Netherlands) on 2026-05-18, since then absolutely nothing. No updates, no replies to mail, voicemail is full.

What a terrible company.

After reading all the negative reviews i got little worried that my package may not be delivered. However after 2 days of out for delivery it’s delivered.

Suggestion to logistics company is that they should work on improving their tracking system.

The tracking went horrible. I send them emails to ask requesting if they couldnt ring my bell. No replies. They actually throw your package to your door, snap a picture and leave. My friend even had that they had thrown her package over her yard and once in HER OWN GARBAGE. This company needs to be shut down. Worst company ever.

They drop off the package at the frontdoor in the rain. Not a very trustworthy company

1 star is too much. They send me a photo via email of a front door to prove they delivered a package , this was not even my door!
This delivery service should not have a license

They leave your package outside and never revund anything when the package get stolen. Using PDN is a 100% sure way of not reserving what you payed for!

Lost my rather expensive package. Useless customer support. Tracking says it was 'delivered to a safe place' and email says there should be a photo but there is none. Got no refund from AliExpress.

I was at home, the doorbell was never rung, they took pictures of the house and the package but not together in one frame. The package was nowhere to be found. (Still not sure if they were actually there with or without an actual package, or wether they used google streetwiew to take a picture). Either this is a sophisticated scam where this company works for illegitimate sellers from China etc and drive around and takes pictures of delivery adresses so the illegitimate sellers can claim they did deliver, or this company hires the most careless and incompetent delivery drivers that leave packages on the street in front of your house without ringing the bell. I come to this conclusion because most other negative reviews describe the same scenario of a picture taken, no doorbell ring, no package to be found.

They choose workers with the lowest iq to not accomplish one job
