One star is heavily overrated
One star is heavily overrated. Peddler must be the most incompetent "delivery" organisation ever. Today, Tuesday 9/9, I am - the 3rd day after last Friday 6th and Monday 8th, waiting for 2 packages from Ali Express. The delivery-window given by Peddler for today is "between 09:00 and 21:00". The other days end time for delivery was also "21:00". Notice cancelling the day's delivery arrived then around 19:00. Yesterday my parcels had not even been sent out for dispatch, they remained all day in their local depot. And all the time Peddler would expect me to remain at home.
As long as Peddler will "deliver" for Ali-Express, I will no longer place orders with Ali-Express.

Most useless and unfriendly service
Most useless and unfriendly service. 2 packets were supposed to be deliver. The delivery person showed up at 9 ( 2100) at my business address. (Means come onnnn)
After that as per online info delivery has gone planned for 6 days. No info when and where your packets are. Then out of the blue, found one packet of my parcels, half hanging out of my letter box. And for second one , no update yet. There is no follow up even on complains as well. You are litrally talking to Wall.

Said my package was delivered and it never was, they dumped it at the completely wrong address. Impossible to get a reply from the help desk. This company should not be in business.

The site I bought something from showed it was delivered. I didn't see there was an option for track and trace, I thought it was lost. I contacted peddler and they responded pretty quickly with the information. The system also showed it, I just didn't see it. They also offered to open an investigation, which wasn't needed. I had a good experience.
Two items set as delivered but it was…
Two items set as delivered but it was never delivered, one in mail box other in the door, it wasn't possible because no one was at home, they stole the items or delivered in the wrong address, it is a nightmare to have an answer from this company, but when I got it, they said the finance Department will contact me to refund the money of the packaging. But never happened. The worst Delivery company ever.
Package did not arrive
Peddler claims the package was delivered but the package was never received. Not at neighbors either. Peddler customer service only reachable by mail and does not respond at all after a week. Scam company.
Unreliable and absurd timeslots
They give you a delivery timeframe from 9am until 9pm and when you have already waited at home for 6 hours they reschedule due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
This has happened 2 times already and looking at the other reviews it probably won’t be the last time this happens.
How is it possible that you only realize after 6 hours that a delivery is not possible.
If you can request delivery with another company, I really recommend you to do it. PostNL, DHL and the like can also be unreliable, but this is next level in terms of poor communication and vague promises.
Bad service
I was not home. They delivered my package in a completely different street and did not provide any clues on where I could find it.

Update; 1 to 3 stars, in the end a neighbour received my package in his mailbox the same day (he lives in another building but at least his address was given to me this time)
Customer support does not even read emails, they must have some program that just summarizes them. I send them a picture because they "cant find my address". Next thing they reschedule the delivery while the delivery guy was already out to deliver it. Out of all the delivery services by FAAAAAAR the worst.
If you have a problem, you might actually be better of NOT contacting support and hope that the next delivery attempt there will be a new courier who can find your adress
The same complaint as everybody…
Pretty much the same complaint as everybody else. 13 hour delivery range, No contact number, no central deposit to pick up my goods. They initially claimed that my address was missing details. Than apparently figured out it was ok and dumped the goods in the central hallway where any random Person could have taken it. Why this company is not charged with fraud is beyond me.

My package was supposed to be delivered…
My package was supposed to be delivered on August 1st between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered that day, and my track and trace said it would arrive the next day. The next day, at the end of the day, the same story again. And this story continues to this day. Eight days later, or actually nine (because now it says it will be delivered tomorrow), I still haven't received my package. I'm truly speechless. It will be a miracle if it ever arrives at all. What a disaster.
Ignores emails and lies about delivery attempts
Repeatedly lied about having attemped delivery - something I have surprisingly been able to verify. They do not respond to emails, despite listing their email as the way to contact them. Even in emails asking you to send a reply to, they will not respond.
Waited for 12 hours for nothing
According to the track and trace of my package, delivery date will be on August 1, 2025 from 9 AM to 9 PM. The items are important so I waited for the package to arrive. After waiting for 12 hours, nobody showed up. I sent an email about my frustration and asked if they can expedite the delivery. I got a response from customer service apologizing about the incident and are seriously investigating the issue. Nothing said when my package will be delivered. It is now August 5, 2025 and I'm still waiting for it. I replied the email asking when will I get the package but got no reply. I think Peddler is short of staff that is why waiting time is awful from 9AM to 9PM. And the customer service is just paying a lip service.
