Reliable, responsive and very capable
Steven came the same day I contacted him and fixed my computer very quickly without any fuss. He also gave me advice to make my systems more effective and explained everything very clearly.
I was impressed with his knowledge and skills, so I am commissioning him to undertake another computer ugrade for me. As he is local, little time is wasted travelling and his charges are very reasonable.

Customer Service Second To None
Steve upgraded my 12yr old PC at a fraction of the cost I was expecting and it now runs perfectly.
He removed the PC from my home, upgraded and reinstalled it in less than 36 hours!
Steve was so enthusiastic and knowlredgeable.
I can't reccomend PC Kings highly enough.

Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with resolving the issue with my HP laptop battery. He quickly established the replacement battery I had sourced was counterfeit and sent me screen grabs of the error messages. He then reinstalled the original battery and tested it which showed the battery was fine and we soon realised that the laptop may have been dropped and consequently dislodged the original battery.
All in all, Steve provided great value for money and service and saved me a whole lot of time and money if I had to send it off to HP which would have taken up to 10 days to repair and return. Steve completed this repair and check within 2 hours!! I’d highly recommend Steve and would definitely use again with the added bonus of being local! Thanks PC Kings!

There are always reasons why devices fail and like to find them to offer logical explanations. This gives back some confidence in using them and not worry too much if it will happen again. Second time using this company
Second time using this company. Again, brilliant response - called for home visit after explaining problem. Arrived about hour and a half later; Fixed problem within a few minutes. Gave me other software advice while on site. Cannot fault knowledge and courtesy. Will have no problem recommending to anyone.

Helped fix my over heating computer
I recently I had issues with my computer. I emailed asking for some advice on what the issue could be they took time to go through all the possible issues and ways that I could go about fixing my problem. My problem is now resolved and would highly recommend this company for future computer problems.

Steve was really efficient on fixing my son’s PC. With his mock exam’s coming up, he was concerned about not having it to hand. Steve fixed it on the next day and my son was relieved.

Graphics Card Help
I went to his house with my PC for him to help me fit my graphics card and he’s very experienced in what he does, not only did he fix my graphics card he pointed out other problems I had with my PC and I bought off him replacements to fix them. Very professional in what he does.

Knowledgeable, efficient and expert home network engineer
Steven arrived on time and allocated the full quoted time to analysing our WiFi/Network set up and then tweaking the configuration to improve coverage and speed. He also helped with connecting a hard drive to the network. Steven was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he went along and offered some great tips about improving WiFi connection on laptops. Highly recommended.
