I recently utilised PC Kings with my home tech setup when I moved into my new house. Steven was fantastic, really knowledgeable and sorted the issues efficiently. Exceptional value for money too, cannot recommend enough!

Agent arrived on time. Was courteous and polite.
Looked at the laptop and had it updating and sorted.
He explained the steps he was going through and also asked if I had any other issues that needed attention while he was there

Excellent service, my dad has been writing his life stories on to his laptop, when he put in the power cable smoke started pouring out of the keyboard the laptop would not switch on, he was devastated that he had lost months worth of stories, found Steve on the internet and he offered me hope, dropped the laptop off and couple of hours later he had managed to remove the hard drive and transferred the data to my laptop! Absolute lifesaver and so reasonably priced, would recommend 100% - thank you

I can highly recommend Steven and his company, having been delighted at the speedy and excellent service after I recently contacted him. I was impressed by his website to start with as it contained a great detail of information, which is reassuring to a novice like me. He also was able to visit immediately and then, after a good detailed discussion on the difficulties I was having, he took away what he needed and the work was completed within 24 hours too. He himself, was very polite, knowledgeable and understanding. PC Kings were as helpful as ever. Swiftly sorted out a problem with my iPhone this time. Now have my Mac and phone working perfectly thanks to them.

PC Kings usually have excellent reviews and this one is no exception. For rapid , helpful and relatively inexpensive service this takes some beating. Expert assessment in the home of our computer and rapid and very satisfactory repairs with useful after sales service. We are lucky to have them in our area.

Sorted my PC within a day. After recent attempted upgrades it was messed up and sometimes wouldn't boot at all. I used to study IT over 10 years ago and considered myself quite good, but there were still problems and sometimes you just need an actual expert to make everything good again; the upgrades were applied properly, everything is fresh and clean, so fast, so convenient, and so reasonably priced - can absolutely recommend.

Easy to contact and book appointment for a home visit. A confirmation of booking was provided via email/text message and a reminder was sent the day before visit. Steve King arrived on time and very quickly advised us on work needed to deal with our computer desk top problems. He provided a very reasonable quote and the work was completed within a couple of days. He ensured everything was working and to our satisfaction and also very kindly sorted out a problem we were having with our TV reception while he was here. After completion a detailed invoice with work carried out was sent via email. We couldn't fault the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

I would wholeheartedly recommend PCKings to anyone who has a PC problem. Stephen fixed my PC, explaining what the problem was as he was going along. I was also having trouble downloading books from Audible and after him suggesting we move the router the download speed shot up and each book downloaded in less than two minutes.
This would be the second time we have used PC Kings and have always been prompt, efficient and helpful.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He sorted all the problems and also offered various options for improvements,and saved information from the old drive.He explained it all throughout.

Had some issues with my internet and the signal I was receiving. Give PC kings a call to arrange them to have a look into it.

Within a few hours of testing the problem was identified and now I’m receiving solid signal throughout the house.

Would defiantly reccomend using these.
