Laptop problems
I rang Steven on the off chance he would have availability to have a look at my laptop,he said yes no problem so i took it straightaway to him,He has fixed my laptop at a very reasonable price and also dropped it off to me at my home.It is now a lot faster than before and i would be deo recommending to my family and friends.

PC Kings and Steven were amazing
PC Kings and Steven were amazing. I needed an upgrade to my working PC station done in a short period of time. Steven did incredible job, no hassle at all, all was done on time and I continued working. Really appreciate the accuracy and speed. PC King
Steven came round at the appointed time and quickly set about diagnosing the problem with my PC which unfortunately was a corrupt windows. He took my PC away to fix but let me know beforehand what the cost was going to be and how long it would take to fix. He kept me updated on the work through emails and phonecalls and returned my PC in working order at the agreed time and price, top man.

PC Kings brilliant service
PC Kings did a wonderful job of fixing my PC when I had reports of a virus. Steven, the owner, came to my house and did a thorough job of checking all apps to check, with my advice, those that I didn't need. This cleaned out a lot of space on my PC and when he'd finished my PC was running a lot faster. It turned out that the 'virus' was a sham notification designed to trick the user, me, that I had real problems with my PC. This had caused my PC to crash and I called PC Kings to ask their advice on what to do next. Steven was extremely personable and knew his job inside out. I am disabled and Steven went through slowly what was needed, point by point, so I could understand everything that he was doing. I am grateful for his time, patience and considerable knowledge under the circumstances. I would recommend PC Kings to anybody.

From the first phone call to repair and return of our device the service was excellent. We were visited at home the problem was diagnosed quickly with a very cost effective solution and are laptop was repaired and returned the next day. Mr King gave excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

From start to finish
From start to finish, the process was smooth and the customer service was excellent. I feel that my needs as a customer were put first and that is something that any other PC department i've dealt with in the past lack. I am really pleased to get the assistance in building my new Gaming PC and i will 100% be coming back for any future upgrades.

They made a silk purse out of a sows ear.
I’d made a complete mess setting up my laptop. Steven was able to unpick my mistakes, clear a virus and spot a software scan.
He is very patient and knowledgeable.

Steven is an easy person to talk to. Very important when you are not really that tech savvy. He takes his time and explains his diagnosis. Friendly service, responsive and helpful
Steven was friendly, professional and quick to respond to my email compared to other services I contacted in the area. He came directly to my address to pick up the device and brought it back afterwards too. Although the specific hardware issue I was having couldn't be resolved, he gave me a detailed explanation of what he thought the cause of the problem was and recommended a local specialist who would be able to help. The cost was also very reasonable. Great service all round!
