They took my tax money and didn't give it to the IRS. WHAT THE HECK.

DO NOT USE PAYUSATAX.COM! I used this bogus website to pay my taxes, they never made my payment held onto my $, never informed me that they had my $. I had to pay the IRS a 2nd time plus interest. Attempted to contact PAYUSATAX.COM and never received response, forget about calling them they do not answer. This is a Scam and shame on the IRS for sending me to their site. The IRS was useless they did assist me in anyway to resolve this matter.

Used trusted site that IRS recommended to pay our taxes,Bank confirmed that the Us. Treasury received payment but still got a letter of past due. on hold with Pay Usa tax.com now going on hour 2. This is an issue with IRS and their trusted site to get our monies paid. Do not trust this site! USA pay tax .com still advertizing to pay your taxes online, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Run do not use this company I paid on taxes 4/17/2023 amount cleared my bank and IRS still has no record not to mention ever day I’m inquiring cost on the entire remainder. I was on hold 1 hour today, yesterday on hold 2 hours. I called the IRS they told me to call them still no luck. I can’t believe the IRS approved this company

I paid my taxes on 04/29 and i received a letter saying that i owed money. I called the irs two times about the payment and they told me to contact payusatax. They gave me a 18555080159 number to reach a live person. I have been waiting over the phone for more than 2 hours. This is the first time i pay taxes with a credit card.
I am about to file dispute....

April 29th my tax was paid and as of 6/8/23 the IRS has NO record of the payment and I have been on hold for over 2 hours to speak with the company.

Paid my payment on time through this tax service, 3 weeks later received a past due notice for my taxes with penalties and late fees. Have emailed, called paytaxusa waited on hold one time for 3 hours, and then was disconnected, 2 time waited on the phone on hold for 5 plus hours, and then got disconnected. Have had no response from this company. Very frustrated. Trying to find a corporate number.😭

If i could give them a zero I would. PAYUSATAX took our money in April and still had not payed the IRS by June. Waited on hold for over 6 hours. Sent multiple emails with no response. I really hope someone gets to hold this group of thieves accountable for all of the money they have taken and time wasted.

I've been on hold on two phones for over 6 hours now. I don't know why I keep hoping after reading all the bad reviews. Right now I'm just wondering when I'm going to have the strength and be in the right set of mind and finally decide to go to the post office, buy a money order and pay again. Now I don't trust any online payment. I'm so mad, this company is ripping off a lot of people.

I am in the same boat as all the other reviews. This company took my money, hasn't paid the IRS AND now I cannot get in touch with anyone. This obviously fraudulent company has my money and because of their lack of responsiblity has cost me being able to purchase my dream home. I may end up owing taxes in the future but I will NOT use this service and will tell any and everyone I know not to use this service. I will also be posting a complaint review everyday until this situation is resolved in some form. I have time and patience on my side.

I wonder why IRS approves them. I paid my taxes and it shows as if the IRS has accepted my payments. Yet, weeks after, I get a letter from IRS (+interest +penalty) that I have not paid. I called IRS, there is no trace of the money. Tried calling and emailing payusatax.com but no answer after waiting for literary hours!

It’s been three weeks since I use Pay USA tax to pay the IRS But it still doesn’t show on my IRS account. I tried to contact pay USA tax my phone, but two days in a row waited about four hours each time with no answer. and the call just got canceled. I’m Really upset.

I paid > $2000 on 4/18 and the IRS has no record of receiving the funds. I have been on hold with payusatax for hours and hours, sent emails x 2, no response from the first and with the second I received a message saying the url was not available. I attempted to call the company that was supposed to have purchased payusa tax (after some research and they won't talk to me because I am not a business. I have spoken to my bank, filed a dispute and talked with the irs numerous times and am always sent back to the company (payusatax).
Was anyone able to get their money back? Does anyone know who we can contact to report this company. Its just wrong that they can steal our money and get away with it.

April 15, 2023. Paid taxes via there website as it is listed as secure on the IRS website. Received a Confirmation of payment. Yet the IRS is showing no payment received. Today is May 24,2023 no word. I am on the phone now with this obvious Fraudulent company- I have been holding 1hour and 38 minutes so far.

took my money and never sent it to the IRS. Unreachable Customer service. Have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now.

They took $700.00 from me in 2019. Have proof from bank and the IRS is no help going after these people.

Scammed me of $400 Estimated Tax Payment 14 Sep 2023. Refuse to answer phone or email

they will tax your money, then keep it rather than pass on to IRS. They dont answer phone nor respond to emails.
no resolution.

I used the site to pay my taxes on Feb. 23, but then on March 15 they autodrafted the same amount out of my account again. I can't get ahold of anyone to remedy this.
