Two years in a row I have tried to make a payment to the IRS but never processes. Waste of time. Use the other company that costs a little more to avoid the headaches.

Waited 2 hours to get through to someone.
Had to split my payment into 4 parts (different yearly quarters)
Provided all my company and payment information including phone number 3 times and after first payment the call was cut off.
The agent never bothered to try and call me back.
This has been the worst experience I've had with any company over the phone.
Horrific Service
I have been on hold with their automated messaging system for 1 hour and 56 minutes while getting the same repeated automated message of "Our call volume is currently higher than normal. We appreciate your patience. You may also pay your taxes online at www(dot)payusatax(dot)com." every 20-30 seconds. I have not spoken to a single person yet. I have a simple question about two payments that I made and want to confirm the payments and years. This service is horrific. Based off other reviews, I'm not the only one. This payment service came in a QR code from an IRS invoice in which the payment amount was wrong as well. The IRS and this website is a train wreck. I have finally given up and hung up. What a waste of time.
ZERO, ZERO, ZERO
ZERO, ZERO, ZERO!!! This is a BS company!! I never received a receipt and after 2 months the IRS has not received my payment. If I could I'd use a list of 4 letter words!!!
What a joke
What a joke! Jumped through all the hoops on their website, entered my payment information, then there’s no way to submit, as there are no other options. Tried it twice, same thing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
I would give them a zero if possible
I would give them a zero if possible! Horrible customer service! I made a payment through Payusa almost a month ago and the payment has cleared my bank but has not been credited to my balance to IRS. IRS referred me to Payusa to help with the issue but I have been on hold with them for 1 hr. and 10 min. so far and am still on hold! No live person has ever come on, only an automated message that plays every 10 seconds apologizing for high call volume! No other contact phone number listed for them!

same complaints as all other posters on this site, got the tax letter saying taxes were unpaid a month and ten days following payment and email receipt. The receipt has a different verification number than what the IRS wants online so you have to call and endure marathon- long wait times on hold. just kill me now.
Fradulent-I believe Payusatax.com is a hidden part of the IRS
Would give PayUSATax.com (-)1,000,000 stars if I could. Are they part of the IRS???? I am beginning to think so. FRAUD in my book. I signed up for email reminders to remind me to estimated pay taxes. These taxes are not mandatory. I pay them if I WANT to, so I don't have to pay so much next year when taxes come due.
They charged my credit card to pay the taxes anyway!! We cannot afford to pay them right now because we made less money this year. The IRS refuses to refund my money even though I did not have to pay them!!!!!!! Pay USA TAX has zero customer service. I was on hold for over 2 hours and no answer and no comment on how far in the queue I was....they had zero intention on ever answering. They planned it that way. I never found an email address. The only way to contact them is through their private messaging system, which I did 4-5 times and every time it came back "URL does not exist". ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They should not be allowed to do business in USA. I am going to find a lawyer who is willing to take them on....even if they may be the IRS. Shouldn't be a problem since so many people are having similar problems with them. I saw on google where even reporters at ABC are looking into them. Do not do business with them! The more I look into them, I'm hoping that the other estimated taxes that I made to them even got to the irs. I better not be getting any letters from the irs saying they didn't receive my other payments. Oh, but wait, maybe they ARE the irs!!!!!??????
Payusatax.com
Made my PMT through this website for IRS waited 7 days nothing happened waited few more & opened the dispute with my bank. After I opened the dispute with 22 total business days it got posted. This review for not having any sort of customer service or support, no live operator, tried many ways than contacted my bank & got it figured out quickly after. Thanks to my Bank.
Payusatax Stole $2,000 from me
I used my credit card for my $2,000 IRS bill but PayUSATax never sent it to them! They won't answer the phone to return the payment either. I hope they lose the contract to partner with the IRS. Terrible company and can't be trusted.

This is a follow up to my previous review..after all of my attempts to get this fixed, I filed a complaint withe BBB and had everything resolved the same day. I was provided info to give to the IRS and they took immediate action to correct it.
Either incompetent or criminal
Paid my taxes on time through Payusatax and got a letter dated June 26th from the IRS saying I owed taxes. Then I got an email from payusatax.com that it was the IRS's fault for processing payments slowly. LOL, right. They are holding on to the money to try to earn some interest or maybe something. Just checked the IRS site and it says I don't owe money now, so I am guessing Paytaxusa came under scrutiny for this situation and are quickly sending in payments.
No pickup for 120 minutes
No pickup for 120 minutes, left messages and sent emails. This company is a nightmare trying to get someone to contact you. Where is my 5k of tax money? I owe $242.63 in fees now because of these jerks. I've filed a complaint to the consumer protection bureau. I am now starting chargebacks with my bank. If you haven't got your money, start chargebacks asap, you only have 60-90 days to do this. If enough people do this the company will be forced to change policy or lose their ability to charge with Visa.
Seems we're all in the same boat here…
I had the same issue as everyone else here. Paid my taxes on time with my debit card via payUSAtax.com, money left my account, got a notice from the IRS a month later saying I owed them the money still.
I called the IRS the day I received the notice and explained the situation to the agent. He put my notices on hold so that no more would be sent and told me to contact payUSAtax.com. Of course, as everyone else here has experienced, trying to contact them is impossible. However, I did find their "payment verification" tab which confirmed that my payment had been accepted by the IRS.
So, today I recalled the IRS to explain again and see what was happening. The agent informed me that this is a known issue and that they are having a backup with their electronic processing. He told me to check back at the end of July to see if it had been processed. He also assured me that the penalties accrued would be retroactively removed as the original payment was on time.
If nothing happens by the end of July, I'll probably be following a previous poster's advice and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
If you get a notice saying you owe money when you don't, call the IRS at 833-678-7020 (was the only line I could actually get through to an agent on after a 30/40min wait) and make sure they know and put a hold on your account notices for the time being.
First time doing taxes in this country as an international student; it's been a real great experience...!
Had the same problem everyone else is…
Had the same problem everyone else is stating. Ours was actually the IRS system. I am the "primary" filer with my ss number. My wife made payments on this site under her ss number and the IRS system did not associate her ss number as being our joint IRS filing. In short, this is an IRS system error when using a 3rd party payment site. Best advice is create a IRS account and pay directly to them.
Don’t Use! Worst site for IRS payments
We used Payusatax to make a payment for our taxes and it is not reflecting. Tried contacting them and still have not received an answer. No email and can’t speak with anyone. IRS is saying we need to make the payment again. We have the card statement, copy of the receipt from the site and even have the email. We did like every on here and used a so call approved IRS payment site. They are a fraud and should be closed down. The IRS should remove them as an option because they are ripping off taxpayers!!!!
Bad site & company! Do not use!
I, like everyone else on here, paid my taxes in full and on time in April. Just got the letter from the IRS that they were not received. Got all of my documents of confirmation & was on hold with the IRS for 30 minutes & then when they went to check- they hung up on me. Waited another 45 minutes & got someone at the IRS who checked all areas my payment could have gone. It is not there! So PayUSAtax.com is not sending payments to the IRS! YES- there NEEDS to be a group lawsuit against this company that the IRS sent us to. Shame on them for not being vigilant with this! Contacting the BBB next & a lawyer. They should NOT get away with this. I wonder how many people would be on this lawsuit????
IRS approved??
So frustrating to know that I did the right thing by making my payment on time and through the IRS approved payment site and that payment was not sent to the IRS. Like everyone else who has commented I received that dreaded letter and also began the hours upon hours of phone calls to try to rectify the situation and no one ever answered. Hours of my life I’ll never get back!! I’m going the BBB route now. I think a lawsuit is a good idea also.
I can NOT make contact
I can NOT make contact. Live Operator line is bogus.
