I have been travelling with our toy poodle 4 times a year back to the UK through the Eurotunnel. Best pet taxi ride ever! Our driver was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeble. She had a soft clean blanket which our dog loved. The crossing went very smoothly and it was the quickest so far for us.

I used Paws Pet Travel for a domestic move from London to Edinburgh. At the most urgent and critical point in the transition, Lynda was on hand to crate my difficult cat, take my remaining bags, and drive to the drop-off in absolute unbeatable record time. I had live tracking throughout and Lynda was very communicative throughout. My highest praise and gratitude for solving a huge problem for me in my hour of need.

We travelled from Paris to London with Lynda, it was a perfect experience for us. Yoda , my pug son was very happy and comfortable as well. Lynda is a perfect choice for pet travel , she loves the animal and knows very well how to make them happy. I recommend Lynda and Paws Pet Travel for everyone who travels with their animal friends.

I cannot thank enough Lisa and Matt for taking my cat from London to the French Alps.
Everything was smooth and easy from the booking to the delivery. They explain all the document needed and check them They update you throughout the journey.
I was a bit nervous but they managed to make me feel better about the whole process.
You can tell they love animals.
I recommend them 100%. We’ll use them again in a couple of months. But no apprehension this time ! 5* all the way.

We flew our larger Doberman Cross from Hong Kong to Paris requiring pet transport all the way from CDG to Derbyshire. I flew expecting carnage from the start and a long challenging trip. How wrong I was! What an exceptional service. From the booking experience with Lisa and the drive with Matt in a big new car. 10 hours flew by thanks to a well stocked car; multi stops for the mutt; a smooth fly through customs and effortless trip home. I would say money well spent for the hassle free trip. Well done PPT....JP

Everyone on the Paws Pet Travel team was super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. When my flight was canceled at the last minute, they worked quickly to reschedule my pick up time and date and made everything go smoothly in an otherwise stressful situation. Kawa was a great driver and very helpful in terms of guiding which documents were needed at what times.

Matt & Lisa are professional on pet travel business. They will contact you before you set off and check your documents carefully to make sure everything ok.

Before your arrival they form a WhatsApp group to make sure they can communicate with you effectively. They clearly show you the gathering point at the airport so you won’t get lost.

After get on the pet taxi you’ll follow Matt’s instructions so I pass the boarder with my dog easily. Matt is an outgoing and nice guy who take care of me and my dog physically and mentally.

I’m appreciate to Paws Pet Travel who help us a lot. I will definite recommend them to all of my friends if they need pet travel service.

We had to bring our dog from Canada and go through Paris before arriving at our final destination in the UK. Paws Pet Travel picked us up and took us all the way to the North of England.

Lisa, Matt, and Kawa were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of getting our dog into the EU and UK safely. We were given an explanation of what to expect, what to bring with us, and how long of a journey to expect. Luckily, their team handled pretty much everything once we were picked up and we got to relax after a long journey beforehand. Our dog (small) was able to sit with us the entire trip up to our destination and did not have to be in a cage or carrier which was a major plus to keep them comfortable. We were also told that should we or our dog need a break on our journey to let them know and they will stop at the next possible spot.

We would 100% recommend the folks at Paws Pet Travel.

I cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Linda, for all that she has done for me and my husband. Before, during and after the loss of our beautiful dog. She was such a comfort, taking us to and from the vets. She is a lifeline.

We contacted Lynda and the team after deciding to bring three stray kittens back from our holiday in Santorini. Our kittens were flown into Germany for us but we then need to get them back from Frankfurt to the UK. Lynda was there to advise every step of the way, and linked in with the charity who helped us with our kitten rehoming mission.

Lynda went out the night before to make sure she was there in plenty of time for their early flight and kept us updated every step of the way. Lynda's tracker app was so useful to see where she was and how the journey was going.

Lynda was a pleasure to deal with and is a true pet person. Three happy kittens are now starting their lives in the UK, and two thrilled pet parents who cannot rate the service highly enough.

Matt, Lisa and team were amazing, communicative, and made the entire journey as stress free as possible! Would 10/10 recommend, and will be using them for all future trips!

We had the smoothest experience with Paws Pet Travel, from booking through dropoff. Our driver Matt was a quick and thorough communicator, gave clear instructions on how pickup would go, and we had no issues. He was friendly, the van was spotless, and he didn't seem to mind our cats frequent meowing. He guided us smoothly through the pet and passport checkpoints at the border crossing, and was a very safe and smooth driver. We were so exhausted from our flight travel and so we weren't too chatty for a good portion of the trip, but Matt was very kind to let us sleep and not feel badly about lack of conversation. I am impressed he can stay so focused with no conversation to distract from the ~7 hour drive. Matt provided a great assortment of refreshments in the van at pickup, and the inclusive snack/rest stop just after the border crossing was a wonderful bonus.

We traveled with our cats Bossa and Nova from Paris to the outskirts of London. Throughout the whole process Lisa (our correspondent) and Matt (our driver) were very kind and helpful. The ride and the border crossing went smoothly and we could finally relax at home with our kitties. Thank you PawsPetTravel!

Pawspettravel just gave me an excellent experience on travelling from France to England with my cat. The whole journey was nice, safe and smooth. Matt really knows how to do a great job, and does have experience with all the travel's stages, making us comfortable and secure on the process.

Pawspettravel made our journey from France to England with our cat absolutely incredible. We were a bit apprehensive about the long trip when making our travel plans, but from the very beginning the Pawspettravel team was so nice and helpful that they put our minds at ease. We’re so glad we got to meet Lynda who made our cat comfortable and made our trip so much easier knowing we are in good hands the whole way!

Our crossing went amazingly smooth. Zac was one of the kindest people we have met during our travels so far and made the crossing enjoyable and stress-free. He went above and beyond! Truly such a good heart! We relocated from Canada and due to regulations we were unable to fly into the UK with my small dog so we made a pit stop in Paris first. Thank you to both the company and Zac for helping us relocate to England :)

During a stressful time of moving the family, house and work; the last thing I needed was additional stress with changing country with my dog and cat. Matt and Lisa minimised all this stress as we moved from France to England. Everything was handled perfectly. We arrived earlier than expected in our new home; zero unexpected problems. I highly recommend them. 5 stars from beginning to end.

We really can't say how amazing Matt and the team at Paws Pet Travel were for our trip from CDG to Ashford. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Matt went above and beyond for us. When we arrived in Paris, both of our dogs had had accidents in their crates. Matt helped with cleaning supplies and was very patient as we cleaned them up as best we could. At the Eurotunnel, we discovered that the US vet hadn't stamped the tapeworm treatment. I had the invoice, receipt and reports to say the vet had given them the treatment, but they refused entry. Matt stepped in and managed to persuade them that we had proof of all of the information and they let us through. Next was customs, where they couldn't find my stamp from French customs at CDG. At this point, we had been travelling for over 24hrs, were extremely tired and smelly, I had a chest infection and was on the verge of tears! Matt was amazing. He had everything totally under control and nothing phased him. I would 100% use the company again and recommend them to anyone needing help on this stressful journey.
