We used Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd to pick us up in Amsterdam and drop us off in Oxford.

Monika responded to every message and change (and there were a lot of changes to our travel plans!) quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Greg picked us up and is an excellent driver. We were ready earlier than we expected and he accommodated that so we could get on the road. He navigated us through customs, the queues, immigration etc quickly and expertly at the Tunnel and definitely saved us a considerable about of time. The car is large and very comfortable. Greg is good company and has a great choice in radio stations!

I would have no hesitation recommending Monika and Greg at Luxury Pet Travel Ltd and would use them again.

I have travelled several times with Luxury Pet Taxi, from Amsterdam, Paris, and yesterday, Geneva!
It is the best part of travelling with my little ‘Princess’ (that’s what she thinks she is!) when Greg, from Luxury Pet Taxi picks me up, and takes over!
The car is always super clean, full of snacks, water, comfy beds, for the ‘little one’ and, I, just sit back and relax!
The journey is effortless, convenient, and Greg helps with all the formalities at Le Shuttle check in, which is super.
When booking a trip, Monika is great. She’s very helpful, and, responds quickly to queries, availability, bookings, etc. Which is great, especially when you’re trying to organise a trip with your pet.
I have no hesitation in recommending them, except, I don’t want them to get too busy, as I will, definitely, be using them again!!

I travelled from Brussels Airport - Cardiff, Wales.
Fantastic service from the moment I enquired on WhatsApp all the way till the very end being dropped at my doorstep.
I couldn't stand to send my little one as cargo back to the UK so Monika was so helpful in listing all the areas and best prices surrounding the UK and what I needed to bring my baby back with me swiftly and safely!
We drove with Greg from Brussels as it was the quickest route!
Prior to pickup - Greg was informative, punctual and so kind. You can tell he loves animals. I also really loved his people skills. He knew exactly what I needed and how to make me comfortable.
I travelled on Easter weekend and Greg and Monika had put an Easter egg in the car for my journey along with complimentary water and biscuits - Very special little touches. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire way - I actually slept most of the way. They took care of everything start to finish and it was one of the smoothest trips I’ve ever had!!
Also the car is really really spacious and fancy! It really is a VIP trip.

Communication with monika was superb she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my documents were correct for travel.
Constantin was at Lille (France) waiting for me upon arrive. I was traveling on Easter Sunday and there was an Easter egg and bottle of water in the car waiting for me and Bonny… a lovely touch 😃
I told constantin I was nervous about my documents and he was extremely reassuring. The journey was smooth, I even felt relaxed enough to have a little sleep on route.
Bonny was extremely comfortable in the back sitting on the blanket provided. We were offered regular breaks so Bonny could stretch her legs. Constantin was a very good driver.
In all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using the again in the future. Myself and Bonny thank you very much.

We had been living in Turkey and had to move to London for work but our little princess badem ( our 10 year old cocker spaniel who has heart problems ) couldn’t travel in cabin with us from Turkey to the UK as Uk doesn’t allow pet in cabin. So I started looking into options of traveling from Paris by road. After speaking with several companies I chose luxury pet travel for our route from Paris to London. Everything was explained perfectly well throughout the process by Ms Monika. We were picked up on time by our driver Jakub. Jakub is a wonderful person, he made sure we had enough breaks. The travel went swiftly, they even placed a dog bed in the back seat. Me, my husband and our little princess were very comfortable throughout. I will always pick luxury pet travel for our future travels. Wonderful service for a great price.

Greg, our wonderful driver arrived on time and it’s been an absolute delight since then. We are currently in the Chunnel on our way to our new home in France. Can only say that it’s been comfortable and totally stress free!

Now I understand why these guys get such great reviews. I thought they might be somewhat corporate, given the name, but in fact the company is run by a high-touch husband and wife team, who are super friendly and have amazing attention to detail. Greg kept on referring to my cat as "our VIP passenger", which is exactly what you want to hear when you're hiring a pet taxi.

I highly recommend getting a Flexi ticket for the Eurostar, so that you get to use the lounge and it doesn't matter if you miss your train, as well as ordering the Mercedes V-Class, since then you feel like you have an entire room for your journey.

Would never use anyone else, these guys have cornered the market.

Very pleasant and punctual service. We booked a relatively late trip from Brussels to Folkestone, and the communication prior to pickup with Monika was very prompt and we felt very safe and looked after during the drive with Greg.

We used Luxury Pet Taxi to transport our two cats, Oscar and Frankie, from Paris to London in early January 2025 as part of our move from Canada to the UK, and the experience was excellent.

From the very beginning, communication with Monika was exceptional. I had many questions while planning the trip, and she responded to every message with patience and clarity. Our travel plans also changed several times, and she was always understanding and flexible. When our initial flight to Paris was cancelled at the last minute, it was a very stressful situation, but Monika handled it with incredible kindness and helped coordinate an alternative time for our drive from Paris to London.

Our driver, Greg, was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the pet travel process and immediately made us feel that we were in good hands. He was very gentle and kind with Oscar and Frankie, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the animals he transports. The cats were relaxed enough to roam around the car during the journey, which made the trip very calm and comfortable for them.

Greg was also a great conversationalist and simply a very pleasant person to spend the drive with. He drove smoothly and safely, and both my husband and I felt very comfortable the entire time.

International pet travel can be complicated and stressful, but Monika and Greg made this part of our journey feel easy and well managed. We are incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and kindness, and we would absolutely recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone traveling with pets.

What can I say that covers how my husband, I and our three Westies feel about this absolutely amazing service? Engagement from first quotation, top notch; booking process, easy, clear and completely adapted to our needs; trip started on time, communication with our driver Greg started since the day before. The trip itself was completely stress free! The Van was perfect big size to accommodate the 5 of us plus our big luggage and bags. Greg was super helpful, friendly and his driving skills top notch too. Would absolutely recommend and use again! Best service for transporting pets and their humans.

All parts of the service were very good! From the begining with Monika’s prompt answers and efficiency until the travel with Gregg, who took care of all the details perfectlly and with kindness, it almost seemed like a well-rehearsed ballet. Everthing was perfect!
The car was very comfortable and clean and if you get a chance to chat with Gregg you will see that he is a nice guy who likes good music! We definitely recommend them and we hope to take this service again!

Greg was a great driver. Kind and courteous. He drove me from Paris to Dover, helping us move our kitty to the UK. He was right on time at the airport and we breezed through the drive. Would 100% recommend.
