Have used twice over two years with two different drivers (Lynda and Abdul). They are a pet owners dream, not just as a service but also from their understanding of the stresses and needs of owners traveling with pets. Could not recommend more highly.

Lisa and Matt are absolutely lovely people! Lisa was so patient and helpful in answering all of my questions about preparing myself and my cat for the flight to Paris and the drive to Manchester, and they were both such wonderful road-trip companions (and safe drivers!).
After a sleepless and fairly stressful journey from the States (Chicago) to Paris, I was immediately put at ease when I met Lisa and Matt in person at CDG Airport in Paris. They were so kind to me and my girl, who finally managed to eat and get some sleep in the car. The drive was enjoyable, and we chatted the entire way to the North. Both Lisa and Matt provided great advice and recommendations about getting settled in the UK.
I appreciate them for all of their help with the pet/customs process at the Eurotunnel, their compassion towards my cat, and their above-and-beyond assistance upon our arrival at my new home. I highly recommend Paws Pet Travel to anyone who seeks good-hearted people and an excellent travel experience for themselves and their beloved animals!

Great and thoughtful communication throughout. Abdul turned up on time and was very helpful getting papers checked for the tunnel. He was also very relaxed about making stops whenever we wanted and even offered to detour to take me to see my mum on the way!

We brought our 14 year old beagle from Europe to the UK (Calais-London). It was a great experience from the beginning until final destination. Excellent service and assistance on any question. We had to move our departure times, Lisa and Matt were available and ready to help with that. We can and must give excellent recommendation to use services of this company. Just make sure your dog paperwork are aligned with gov uk guidance and everything will be perfect because The Paws Pet travel will make your journey easy. As it is how we felt.

Absolutely brilliant service! My family and I emigrated back from texas to the uk. We got in contact with Paws pet travel to help us with four dogs and two cats + Luggage. They were professional and very helpful. We got through border control and Eurotunnel with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend this company as they were incredibly helpful and insightful. our driver was Linda and she was absolutely amazing.

Professional, trustworthy and reliable! After discovering the other company we’d paid had been a scam (Jane’s Euro Per Taxi) and being left stranded in France, Lynda spoke to us on the phone at length and organised a ride as soon as possible. The driver arrived on time, kept us up to date via WhatsApp, and was professional and kind. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The level of understanding and empathy about our situation was also really appreciated! Highly recommend for any trip with your pet.

The team were fantastic at communicating and organising before hand. Lynda arrived on time and was extremely helpful with the luggage and patient with us while we dealt with a delay by the hotel. The ride was incredibly comfortable with appropriate breaks. A happy and cheerful person, she made it into a joyful experience. I would definitely use them again.

Lynda was incredible. She took what could have been a really stressful experience for us (relocating three dogs from the US to the UK) and made it smooth and comfortable for all of us. You can tell Lynda and the team really care about the well-being of the dogs and that they have so much experience helping people travel with their pets. I can’t speak highly enough of Lynda. She went above and beyond and we would recommend this service to anyone transporting their pets.

We thoroughly recommend this service. Lynda was amazing and helped us through a tense situation caused by some last minute USDA paperwork ups and downs. You can absolutely tell this is a business operated by genuine pet lovers. Unfortunately the pet transport industry includes some very suspect characters only interested in taking your money. We are really thankful to have found Paws Pet Travel. Lisa coordinated with us every step of the way and Lynda made the trip from the airport to the UK a breeze. Do yourself a favor and use their services if you are in need of experienced pet transport.

We travelled with 3 cats from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to north east UK. Paws Pet Travel were brilliant from start to finish - Lisa was very responsive to emails and helped set everything up including the transfer with Eurotunnel. She answered all of our questions quickly and helpfully. Matt was our driver for the long trip - he was friendly and enthusiastic from the moment we met him in Paris and was great company on the road, with a super music playlist as well! We had already had a stressful overnight flight with our animals so we really appreciated having Lisa and Matt in touch with us and ready to get us on our way as soon as we landed in Paris. We felt the price was absolutely reasonable considering the distance travelled and the other arrangements needed to make the trip work. Transporting a pet into the UK was one of the most stressful parts of our relocation. Lynda and her team took all the stress away. Paws pet taxi service was an absolute life saver. This company is legit and they were very communicative throughout the booking and travel process. There are a lot of pet taxi scams out there, but this company is totally trustworthy and professional. Matt picked my cat and I up from CDG Paris and drove us to London. The ride was comfortable, everything went smoothly at checkpoints, and Matt was great to chat with! We were able to stop for pet breaks when needed and the Flexilounge offered great snack options (I grabbed a couple of sandwiches, chips, water bottles, and some cookies). I highly recommend this company if you and/or your pet need to be transported.

Lynda was absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with my dog's papers due to a mistake from my vet, and Lynda was extremely helpful - worked her magic with the staff at the euro tunnel and got us back on track after a rather stressful delay. A seasoned pro! Would 100% recommend

Thank you so much to Lisa and Matt for looking after a nervous dog and an even more nervous owner during a two-day trip! Everything was perfectly organised and the whole schedule ran to the plan Lisa had prepared in advance. She and Matt were patient, kind and accommodating with the needs of an older dog. If you're looking for a pet travel company that's efficient and sensitive at the same time, look no further.

Brilliant communication from start to finish. Very professional and Matt our driver was lovely. Our anxious rescue had made a mess in her crate and he kindly helped us clean her up in Calais! Would definitely recommend this company.

When we arrived at Calais Fréthun train station, tired and hot the smiling face of Lynda was there to meet us. With constant care and attention for our dog she guided us through the next few hours, a blessing as we had never done the crossing before. We were transported in a clean and tidy mini van which was more than enough for the two humans, one dog and our small amount of luggage. Our dog bounced into the back of the van and made herself very comfortable on the blankets she found there.
Once we had cleared Pet Passport, French and British passport control, we went on to the Flexiplus lounge. This is REALLY worth paying for! Once you enter, lovely staff members hand you a paper bag and you can go and fill it up with the snacks of your choice. Sandwiches, cakes, icecream, coffee it’s all there. We were still munching from our bags when we got to Folkstone train station. The staff even offered to walk our dog but we declined as she’s quite strong.
Thank you so much to Lynda for allowing us to relax for a few hours and just let you take over and guide us to our next destination. We were coming to the end of a three day trek across Europe and were just a bit on the tired side. The team behind the scenes were fantastic as well, no question was too daft and we felt we were in capable hands from the initial enquiry to our final destination.
I did my research and this team were the most competitive quote of all, yet the service was First Class, or perhaps I should say “Flexiplus” class. Amazing!

So communicative and lovely, felt absolutely confident in their services from the first moment. It's hard to turn over the care of your pet to someone else, but if you need to then The Paws Pet Travel Company is absolutely the way to go!
