We recently moved our poodle from Asia to the UK and had a pleasant journey with Matt. He ensured the entire trip went smoothly and was a pleasure to talk to. During the crossing, we encountered some paperwork issues, but Matt remained patient, waiting with us for 1.5 hours while we resolved it with our vet back in Asia and helped a lot with our questions. His good rapport with the Eurotunnel staff also made the process much more pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend the company and Matt. They are punctual and professional. We would definitely travel with them again when needed.

Paws Pet Travel were amazing and super communicative, you can definitely tell they care about you and your pets . Lisa and Matt even went above and beyond in assisting us with some basics for our two cats which we couldn’t bring with us from abroad… overall we had an extremely positive experience - we highly recommend!

Paws Pet Travel have been super. Everything was well organised, they were always responsive, and arrived on time. We got purrs from our 2 cats this morning, happy to be reunited after our long travels.

Lisa, Eddie and Matt were so unbelievably helpful and kind to us and our cat. All their communication was very clear, personable and frequent. At one point I was panicking about paperwork and Eddie took the time to call me and reassure me and walk through everything again. They even called the next day to check how we were all settling in.

I would 100% recommend the team for moving your pet, they’re fully insured and licensed with DEFRA and the EU and really know their stuff. And most importantly, they’re so lovely! Thank you again team, we are so grateful!

Finding myself stuck in rural France without a car to get home and a young dog, I had no idea how to cross the channel as the Eurostar train does not accept pets; on top of an international move back to Ecosse, I was stressed to the gunnels. My lucky day was finding Paws Pet Travel and the wonderful, absolutely wonderful Eddie.
When I first spoke to Paws Pet you could immediately tell that animals are in the heart, my mind was promptly eased; they swiftly booked Le Shuttle to tie in with our train to Calais Fréthun. They confirmed the booking, sent lots of useful information, then kept in touch right up until we arrived at the station.
Eddie was waiting to help us, got us into the spotless and comfortable car; we whizzed through the pet reception, we were lucky in other aspects of thoughtfulness and kindness that I will never forget.
We were dropped off at Folkestone West for our onward train to London and helped with tickets and right onto the platform, nothing was too much trouble.
Since then Eddie has kept in touch to make sure we arrived back in Scotland safely and into our new home.
I will always be eternally grateful for the service provided.

I had a great experience with Paws Pet travel. Matt was my driver and he was very prompt and really friendly and easy to talk to. Myself and my golden retriever were transported from Whitstable to Calais as smoothly as can be. Matt explained all of the process so I knew what to expect. He even waited for me at the car rental in Calais. Highly recommended!

The travel service was awesome! Our driver, Matt, was very personable and very helpful. We enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this service for people that need their animals transported by knowledgeable and helpful people.

Having to do ground travel across the Channel just to keep your pet from being traumatized by traveling in the airplane cargo hold because of horrible British rules sucks, but when you have to do it, this is a good option. Totally trustworthy and reliable company with a lot of experience doing this. They helped me with the paperwork/customs/process worries too, not just the drive from de Gaulle airport to London. Very smooth process, including reception inside the airport and a clean and comfy ride (with free bottled water!) to my destination. My driver Eddie was nice and clearly a sincere lover of animals. If you have to make this journey, I have no problem recommending this company.

My family and I recently traveled with our dog from Paris CDG to London with Paws Pet Travel. Everything about the experience was absolutely seamless and fantastic, from the initial booking until our drop off in London. Eddie our driver was waiting for us at the airport on time, his car was comfortable and clean, and he made sure that all of us including our dog of course, for whom he had a comfy blanket for her snuggle in and treats, were well taken care of. He took the time to make stops along the way when needed and was overall very pleasant to travel with. I will definitely use Paws Pet Travel again. Their service exceeded my expectations.

Lisa is absolutely amazing. We sent an out of hours request online for a pick up the next day. Lisa responded immediately, all arranged same evening and Lynda arrived at 7:00am the following morning. Both Lisa and Lynda were kind and supportive with Blue (who had been quite poorly). Lynda sent pictures from the taxi showing Blue relaxed and sleepy. We also loved the live tracking of the Pet Taxi so arrival time was known. A truly brilliant service, fantastic committed team that genuinely love animals and go that 'extra mile 'for the humans to. Thank you both so very much xx We will most definitely use you again in a heartbeat.

From A-Z my experience with Paws Pet Travel was absolutely incredible. Moving across the world with my pup Harvie (or with any animal for that matter) was no easy task, but Matt & Lisa absolutely eliminated any stress I had about the last leg of my journey from Paris to The Lake District in England. From my first inquiry Paws Pet Travel was extremely thorough and paid attention to the small details I noted and quoted me extremely reasonably for my requests. International payment was an absolute breeze. Communication was always extremely timely once booked and airport pickup was a breeze. Lisa and Matt were absolute angels about navigating through the French Farming protests and the extra time it took to. We were able to stop whenever I or my pup needed to do so. As a single girl traveling alone, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease the entire trip. This was 1000% worth the money and if I ever have to transport my pup between countries again I will DEFINITELY be using this service again. I cannot recommend enough.

Eddie came to pick us up at Charles de Gaulle this morning at 5.50 am. We didn’t have to wait a single minute despite the airport is going through a massive road refurbishment.
He then drove us to our home in London and we got there after only 5 hours. Our Dog Nina was so comfortable in the car that slept the whole journey. I recommend Eddie and the service provided by paws pet travel to anyone having to go through a relocation with a dog/pet. It saves so much time and worry and it’s super reliable!

Matt is amazing! Communication was smooth and he arrived early. There was an issue with my pet’s paperwork (not Paws Pet’s fault). I had to see a Vet in Calais on a Sunday, otherwise he wouldn’t have been allowed to cross the border. This added another 1.5 hours to our journey. Matt was very supportive and helped me stay calm during a very stressful situation. We managed to sort out the issue and get on the shuttle.

I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who is looking to bring their pet to the UK.

Long days of travel, and traveling with pets--neither are ever easy and combined can be quite stressful. But Matt put me and my elderly, anxious cat instantly at ease, driving from England to France. I felt very comfortable at every stage in the process thanks to Paws Pet support--the correct paperwork, border, and train could have been totally overwhelming with a less professional service, or on our own. Legendary Lynda! My travel plans were seriously disrupted due to delayed trains- resulting in major changes to our agreed PawsPet Travel pick up and transfer. But both Lisa and Lynda went above and beyond to help me make the last train of the night, all in the comfort of one of their perfect cars, and doggie happily resting! No one knows Le Shuttle terminals as well as Lynda and Paws Pet Travel - including all shortcuts: highly, highly recommend! They are bringing personalised service to a new level! Great service, quick response. Abdul (driver) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process of crossing with my dog in Le Shuttle. He was also a bit early at the pick up location.
