Friendly and helpful Trent
I spoke with Trent. He was very friendly and did his best to find out the answer to my question. When our call dropped out he called me back.
I would find it helpful if Ovo sent emails a little more frequently to explain what is happening but, it was easy enough to make the call and get information.

Impressed with Ovo
So impressed with Ovo. A recent startup experiencing significant growth, yet I have always found they answered my queries in a reasonable time frame. They have the most innovative plans and in July this year when I swapped my Mum and daughter to them also their prices were best of any supplier. In SA they introduced a special EV tariff which encouraged me to innovate with my power use to reduce costs. Well done and thanks for coming to SA.
