I recently made a purchase from Outlaws, and the product was great, but after about a week wearing the rings, I decided I had ordered the wrong sizes for two of my rings. They have made the process of communication and exchange incredibly easy.

What a terrible company.
What a terrible company.
I bought a total of 8 rings using the 3-for-2 offer. Unfortunately, the sizing was a little off. At first, Jack told me to order the sizes I needed and that once they received the returned rings, they would refund me.
I sent back 5 rings. It cost me £17 to post them and another £66 in customs charges. I understand the customs fees had to be paid, but I didn't expect them to be that expensive.
That was 6 weeks ago. After around 40plus emails of constantly chasing and arguing just to get my refund, I finally received it today. Throughout the whole process, there was no apology or gesture of goodwill.
The rings themselves are good quality, but if you don't get the right size and need a refund, be prepared for a huge headache and a long wait while you chase your money.
I've honestly never left a negative review before, but this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Between the return shipping costs, customs fees and the amount of chasing you had to do over the last few weeks, I completely understand why you walked away frustrated and disappointed.
Since your review was posted, we've gone back through everything internally and made sure the outstanding issues on the case have now been fully resolved from our side.
We know that doesn't erase the frustration of the journey to get there, and we take responsibility for that.
