I had an issue with my order where the package was returned to the shipper. Although the delivery problem was frustrating, the Outlaws Amsterdam team handled the situation really well. They were quick to respond, kept me updated, arranged a reshipment using a different address, and even provided a €10 goodwill code for the inconvenience.
What really stood out to me was how they took responsibility and actually worked to solve the problem instead of leaving me to deal with it alone.

Unfortunately, the recipient didn't like the jewellery. The return was quick, easy and professional. Return shipping costs have to be covered by the buyer, which is a bit of a shame, but understandable – for small shops it wouldn't be viable any other way. So that's completely fine!

Shiny ✔️ even the sides are mirrored. Solid ✔️ behind the stone is no hole, but solid. Planted ✔️ the ring doesn't swivel on finger. I was concerned that this ring was soOo comfortable, I forget about it, so thought it would sratch and wear: Instead it has remained Shiny and new looking. A good choice and buy... 👍🏻 I've just bought another two... 🤫

Jewellery is absolutely stunning. The number 13 caught my eye the ring that is and then I saw the triumph made out of a silver great edition to my chest and then I have returned and also got myself the king of skulls love it.

I have four lovely items two rings, a bracelet and a chain with a pendant. I’m looking forward to returning.
