We recently had 3 of our office toilets refurbished by Orisha Building Services and were really pleased with the whole experience. The team was efficient, professional, and made sure to cater to all our needs throughout the project no matter how big or small. Communication was excellent from start to finish especially with Garvey and Otis, which made everything run smoothly and kept us well informed at every stage.

The finished toilets look fantastic and we’ve had lots of positive feedback from staff and visitors. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality refurbishment. They also made sure that everything was tidied up after the refurbishment was completed which we greatly appreciated.

Otis has been an outstanding plumber—always quick to respond, reliable, and very friendly in communication. He goes above and beyond by sending WhatsApp video updates to explain the work clearly and even provides step‑by‑step video guidance for complex appliances like boilers. As a landlord who lives abroad, having someone so consistent, trustworthy, and resourceful has been invaluable. Even when he cannot attend personally, he makes sure to recommend trusted alternatives. Highly recommended!
