Appalling service from Relocation Homes…
Our experience with Relocation Homes has been nothing short of appalling. From start to finish, the entire process felt chaotic and unprofessional.
Special mention must be made of Cigdem, the junior negotiator who handled our tenancy. Her lack of experience was glaring throughout to the point of being genuinely embarrassing. Communication was poor, key information was missed or mishandled and there was a clear lack of basic knowledge expected from anyone in this role.
We rented a property through Relocation Homes that was dirty, poorly maintained and far below any reasonable standard. Despite raising concerns, the response was slow and dismissive and we were left to deal with issues that should have been addressed long before anyone moved in.
For an estate agency, the level of negligence and disorganisation we encountered is unacceptable.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or look elsewhere.
