Can’t rate this company highly enough
Can’t rate this company highly enough. We made a mistake with the initial order and Oak & More responded immediately to our email and corrected this for us. The delivery was prompt and on time. On unpacking the chairs unfortunately there was some damage to one chair. Oak & More dealt with this quickly and within a few days we had a replacement chair and didn’t have to return the original chair. The chairs are great and we are very happy with them but we were most impressed by the customer service which was amazing!

Very easy to order the extra large…
Very easy to order the extra large Loxton sideboard. Very reasonably priced. Kept fully informed on delivery although outer packaging was damaged driver took photos and reported back of the condition. Once opened it was so well protected no damage at all and they rang within the hour to make sure the unit was ok and I was happy with it. Would order more pieces again from them.

good communication.kept up to date with the delivery details.love the item abit pricey,but you only get what you pay for.if i had to criticise anything it would be the delivery cost.i spent alot of money on this tv unit so it would have been nice to get free delivery as this would have brought the cost down abit.maybe in future it would be great if you spend over a certain amount its free delivery.i'am sure alot of customers would agree.

Excellent oak TV cabinet but...
The product is excellent. I deducted one star because I believe £40 delivery charge is rather high in itself, but it becomes £70 for the privilege of the delivery team taking the product out of the box and taking the latter away for disposal. Other reputable companies charge far less than half that amount for the same service.

The two guys turned up
The two guys turned up, they were polite and very respectful to the property whilst delivering the furniture to our upstairs room.
In hindsight I should have paid extra for the unpacking and removal of the waste as there was quite a bit.
All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

Although the dining table had to have a repair re the extendable part underneath, which was soon sorted, I am very pleased with the table. I have also had a hall sideboard, which is very nice. I would recommend both of these and I am very pleased with them both.

Delighted with our new dining table
Purchased our new kitchen dining table online. We normally prefer to see what we are buying in an actual physical store but this wasn't possible. We certainly weren't disappointed, the table was solid and excellent quality. It had to be assembled but this was pretty straight forward. The delivery people were also excellent and kept me informed with the delivery timetable and placed the packages in the room of my choice. They allowed me time to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage, unlike some delivery companies who just dump the packages on the floor and scarper. We've had the table, which has a high gloss white finish, for over two weeks now and are delighted with our purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending Oak and More as an excellent supplier.

Good quality piece of furniture
I wanted a tv unit that fitted my requirements and that is exactly what I got. Great quality, delivered on time in perfect condition. Good experience overall
Ordering process online was straightforward with good communication re delivery timescales. Delivery process was good with updates provided. Sofa had a fault, but this was rectified quickly and professionally. We were offered a refund or exchange. We opted for an exchange as we liked the sofa so much. A new one was delivered within a week, which was great service.
