Absolutely quality service from ordering to delivery, excellent customer service, excellent communications, kept me informed every step of the way. The delivery guys were also very very good, called me saying how long they would be and were very polite. I am thrilled with the quality of my new bed, 100% recommend this company.

Delivery experience very disappointing, very poor service and delivery staff refused to unbox which we had paid extra for

Replacement furniture arrived after a further quality check, unfortunately both items of furniture were also damaged.
However, customer service response was favourable and agreed to collect all furniture and give a full refund and agreed to cover associated expenses.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our furniture, as well as the standard of our customer service. Before arranging the exchange, we carried out a full QC inspection in our warehouse, and we are genuinely unsure how the replacement items still arrived with issues. We fully appreciate the severity of the situation, which is why our Customer Service Manager personally oversaw the exchange process and worked closely with you to explore several possible resolutions.
We are sorry that none of the proposed options were suitable for you, and we respected your request for a full collection and refund of the entire order. We arranged this as efficiently as possible and also addressed the independent costs you incurred to bring the matter to as positive a conclusion as possible under the circumstances.
We remain committed to honesty, transparency and doing the right thing for our customers, and we are glad we were able to reach a final resolution for you.

Beaeutifly made substantial pieces of furniture
I ordered a tv unit which is perfect….a beautiful sturdy pice of furniture. I needed a big coffee table stand a small nest of tables to match. When they arrived , although really well made , they were far larger than I’d expected ( should have checked dimensions more thoroughly!)
The coffee table was enormous so had to be returned,The return was handled with pleasant efficiency and a refund less delivery quickly sent to me. . The nest of tables was far more substantial than I’d expected . I have separated the two tables which have proved perfect for my requirements .

Strong solid sturdy furniture
I bought four items of furniture from oak and more and have to say I'm thrilled. Beautiful colours and very high quality. very solid and sturdy. All arrived within the time I had been told, and delivered with care. Packaged very well and arrived without any faults or marks. Definitely recommend.

Great quality
Ordered a superking bed and a dining table. Both items are great quality, sturdy and built to last. Both times it was very clear when the items would be delivered ( 3-5 weeks rather than in stock ) and the communication was excellent. I would definitely use again.

High quality solid oak. Impressed.
Was a bit wary about buying online but we were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the bedroom furniture we ordered. We opted for the drawers to be painted cream and they are perfect. My husband wanted solid oak, nothing flimsy and definitely not MDF. These are amazing at a good price too. We had visited another big furniture store and were shocked at what was on offer. But these are real solid, high quality pieces. Very impressed.

Excellent company. Third time ordering furniture from Oak…
Third time ordering furniture from Oak & More the quality is better than I expected. Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Delivery drivers put each item in the correct room. Fair prices too given the quality and workmanship. The 5% discount wasn’t applied even with a code and the only downside is I am being bombarded with promotional emails which is annoying. That’s the only 2 niggles other than that I highly recommend Oak & More. Excellent customer service one actually spoke to a human being which is a rarity these days.
