Changing my tariff I'd give 5 stars

Changing g my tariff I'd give 5 stars. My IHD not worked since 2019 which i reported on 04/10/2019.And numerous since. Still not working and told there is a shortage and I could buy one if I wished. So in over 5 years they have not had 1 in stock which I could have had?? Shocking.

Problems with bill …

Problems with bill .Letter saying I wasn't using water. Bill went from £62 to £90 per month!! ( for not using water!)Gave meter reading, bill reduced to £36 and being refunded £315. Lady dealing with call really good a credit to Yorkshire water.

Earlier review on training shoes pre delivery positive. Delivered and very happy with them. £60 discount and free delivery, a no brainer. That happy just ordered another pair.

Poor communication.

Got email asking how you've done! Well . Another email arrived stating you've sent the items. No tracking information so have you or haven't you sent the items? Also received email last month saying I was receiving free delivery for a 12 month period but was charged delivery on checkout. Work it out ,How have you done!!!

Ottoman, with tray.

Purchased two to replace coffee table. Great because you can move them easily to where you're sitting and the tray can be used separately if needed, plenty of storage space too.Look and are a lot better than most on the market at the moment. Buy and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Biggest selling point is the price. Fast delivery also needs to be mentioned.

Return customer

Bought my last car here and no problem's whatsoever so when I decided to upgrade again came back. No hassle off anyone let me look at cars without any interference and just let me take my time. Joel was great went through all process with me viewing ,test drive and part exchange. I left showroom happy and with car I wanted and at price I wanted to pay.

Customer service a joke.

Customer service a joke. Phoned up a couple of times to check on spare key prices and told different prices on both occasions . Offered free delivery if i bought 3 keys. Got the keys i wanted cut by a uliton approved locksmith and cheaper than going direct..
