Placed 2 orders with this company & will definitely use them again. Items arrived on time, very, very well packaged & in perfect condition. What Makes A Company Really Great?
What makes a company really great? Loads of things, but customer service comes very near the top for most people, including us!! From the very first instance Oak&More kept us firmly in the loop, with timely updates and information about our order and more importantly how and when it was going to be delivered. The whole buying experience was outstanding, from our initial look at the website to the arrival of the brilliant delivery team. We are extremely happy with the quality of the furniture, the price and speed at which it all arrived. I have to reiterate the fact that the delivery team were the best we have ever had. Gary and his mate could not have been more helpful, polite or efficient! They arrived right on schedule and put our furniture exactly where it was needed, offered ussome useful advice about unpacking and were on their way to the next job very rapidly. Request for a replacement drawer
Bought a large sideboard from these people. Unfortunately we damaged a drawer. Asked if it was possible to buy a replacement. They waved us away, said they couldn't help.
I reiterate, (reflecting on my experience with your company) I merely asked a simple question. Is it possible to buy a replacement drawer.
Your response - "Unfortunately replacement parts are not available for the Weymouth Oak and Soft White Painted Extra Large Sideboard."
That's it. Nothing else. No advice. No interest.
Trustpilot invited me to reflect on my experience in dealing with you, and I did.

We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, as it does not reflect the situation accurately or fairly.
You contacted us regarding a drawer damaged by you on a sideboard purchased 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, we do not carry spare drawers for this range, not because we are unwilling to help, but because drawers are individually cut and fitted to match the exact unit they are made for. This means they cannot be replaced as standalone components.
However, we do carry spare parts for many other items, including doors, handles, bed components, and more. We always assist customers wherever possible, and we take pride in doing so. In this case, the damage occurred long after purchase and was not the result of any manufacturing fault, which limits what we are physically able to provide, especially under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We also offer 6-year extended warranties at the time of sale for situations exactly like this, but no warranty was taken out for this order.
To receive a 1‑star review for an issue caused by accidental damage, on a product that has been in use for over two years, and for which a replacement part simply cannot be manufactured or supplied, feels very harsh, especially given that we always aim to support our customers to the best of our ability.
You will see from the thousands of reviews we have on TrustPilot how consistently we go above and beyond to support our customers wherever possible. It is therefore disappointing to receive a negative review solely because we were unable to assist with a part that, by its nature, cannot be replaced.

I received a solid oak wardrobe Rosa and the peace of furniture is of great quality and looks. However the way it was packed didn’t allow for a very heavy wardrobe-110kg to be taken to the first floor without unpacking it on the street which meant that the two delivery guys have put themselves in a dangerous situation rotating it up the stairs. More thorough should be given to the wellbeing of the delivery personnel or anyone who is trying to get this pre-assembled wardrobe up the stairs!

We’ve looked into this but unfortunately cannot locate any order details under the name used on your review. Our lead times vary between products, and the majority of our items are available for delivery within 48 hours. In cases where an item is out of stock, the lead time may be longer; however, we provide complete transparency on both our website and again in the order confirmation email once a purchase is placed. In circumstances where a customer may have missed the lead time, if we are contacted, we would always do what we can to see if there is a way to have stock made available for a quicker delivery.

Very impressed with my first purchase from oak and more. The desk/vanity unit is a really good quality and a very heavy and substantial piece. It was also extremely well packaged and came as a single piece with nothing to put together. Delivery was delayed slightly on the day but I was notified of the changes and despite traffic problems it still arrived within the original time frame

A very straightforward transaction
A very straightforward transaction. The item purchased deserves a 5 star review. However, the delivery process left me puzzled. Such a high fee for a small product made me think the item would be unpacked in situ allowing the purchaser to check item was as advertised. This was not the case which is a concern with online purchasing.

This service is particularly cost‑effective when placing a larger order, but we completely understand why you may have expected unpacking to be included for a smaller item.
