The furniture is good quality
The furniture is good quality. Only problem I have is the delivery company was very unprofessional. The van had been loaded totally wrong and my furniture was underneath others stuff as it had shifted in transit. The boxes were damaged but luckily not the furniture. So happy with the quality of the furniture but not the delivery company.

Easy to order from the website and I was able to ask a question before ordering. I was able to pick my own delivery date. Delivery was within the time frame that I was given . The delivery men were quick and efficient . I managed to fit the legs to the table myself it was straightforward.

Furniture good, service very unhelpful.
If this were only about the quality of the furniture, this would have been a five star review.
However, despite having deliberately checked prior to delivery that the furniture would be assembled upon delivery (and having paid for premium delivery), it was clear that the people delivering had no instructions, no intention and probably no knowledge of the assembly. When I called O&M customer service the person I spoke to (clearly different to the one who had assured me a couple of days before) was completely dismissive and unhelpful.
I had purchased the furniture with the specific criterion of assembly, as my wife has Alzheimers and at the age of 73 I can no longer do these things myself.

So very dissapointed
So very dissapointed. I ordered a table from this company because it appeared to be very reputable.
I however emailed to state it arrived and we had mismeasured and could we please return to exchange for another table.
The table was beautiful and my email was very kind but asking for support in exchanging for another table from them.
They’ve completely ignored me for 5 days so now I’m stuck with a £600 table that is useless to me and am feeling rather upset by the whole palava if I am honest.
** update since oak and mite have sent a reply: There was no email from Curtis, I was checking daily for a reply and they asked me to remove my review. I will update again once my issue is resolved

Having reviewed your case, we can confirm that we did receive your email and that our colleague, Curtis, replied on 22 June with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. We would never intentionally ignore a customer's correspondence, so it appears that our response may not have reached your inbox and may have been filtered into your junk folder. To provide reassurance, we also supplied a screenshot confirming that the email was successfully sent from our side, so we do not know why this was never received by you.
Our Customer Service Manager also attempted to contact you by telephone but was advised that you are unable to communicate by phone and prefer email correspondence. We have fully respected this preference and, since your review was posted, have maintained consistent communication via email.
In an effort to resolve the matter positively, our Customer Service Manager went above and beyond by offering alternative table options, arranging a reduced exchange fee, and providing a goodwill discount on your replacement table, despite it being of a higher value. We are pleased that the exchange was successfully completed on 3 July. A follow-up email was subsequently sent to ensure everything had been resolved to your satisfaction, although we have not yet received a response.
We take great pride in the quality of our customer service, which is reflected in the thousands of positive reviews we have received from customers over the years. While we understand and respect all feedback, we are disappointed that this review remains online and unchanged despite the steps taken to investigate the issue, maintain open communication, and provide an extremely fair and flexible resolution.
Throughout this process, we have acted transparently, honestly, and with the intention of achieving a positive outcome. We remain committed to resolving any concerns raised by our customers and believe we have done so in this instance.
