I took this loan in very time but paid extremly high interest rate not spread over 4 years lian plan. They taken all interest in 2.5 years and principle remained same.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

My issue wasn’t with making payments – it was with Novuna’s administration and lack of empathy when dealing over the phone.

I requested that my direct debit payment date be changed. It took three attempts before the change was processed correctly, and during that process the direct debit failed due to errors on Novuna’s side. When I spoke to their team, they acknowledged the problems and apologised for the way the payment date change had been handled.

Unfortunately, despite acknowledging that their own administrative errors contributed to the failed payment and removing the charge they immediately applied to my account, they have refused to amend the missed payment they reported to the credit reference agencies. As a result, my credit file has been damaged through no fault of my own.

I understand lenders have reporting obligations, but I also believe they have a responsibility to ensure the information they report is fair and accurate. If a missed payment arises because of a process the lender mishandled, simply saying “sorry” but refusing to correct the record is disappointing.

The customer service representatives I spoke to were hit-and-miss. Some polite and professional, others not so, but the final outcome was extremely frustrating. I expected better from a company of this size, especially on a simple administrative fix.

I hope Novuna reviews its approach to situations where its own administrative errors have a direct impact on a customer’s credit file.

Don't understand why they need your bank details before they have made a decision on whether you get a accepted or not.

Very effective and simple way to spread the cost of expensive item
approved in minutes and simple to manage with direct debit

We purchased a table from Furniture village,first mistake I know and funded through Novuna and yes another mistake.We have issues with the table which is 8 months old and neither Furniture village or Novuna will help.They say you never know what a company is like until you call for help,well we did call for help and they are not interested.
Do not use Furniture Village (look at other reviews).
Do not use Novuna to finance either.
