Right product, Right time
The only local supplier we had only sold these in small quantities. We were able to order in bulk and save money. The delivery came quickly and arrived when expected. The site has been saved for when we need to re-order.

Wouldn't purchase again, lost money for nothing!
Ordered one roll stickers, when receiving it, I had to pay duty tax of over 30% value of the product. When asked to return, shipping was taken, an extra 15% was taken and only 60% of initial payment was returned. From this experience, I would not deal with NovaVision Inc. for your business needs!

We're sorry this customer had a negative experience in shipping product to an international destination.
Customs, duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. When a customer refuses to pay the import fees, the package is returned to us. The cost for refusing an international shipment includes the original shipping, the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
When the customer requested to return the product, we highlighted these fees and the customer agreed to the return.
Our terms to international destinations are stated in 3 locations:
1) In the "Agree To" terms box during our checkout process.
2) At the bottom of the order confirmation email
3) In the "Ordering Info" page on our website
Based on this customer's experience, we are re-evaluating the effectiveness of our communications for import fees to international destinations.

We bought occasionnally the cell phone camera protector and we have no problem with the quality and efficiancy of this product, we recommend this to any company who want to protect their industrial secrets from visitors.
