NO hesitation in placing custom orders or just stock items.

Had no problems with service, but the transparent hologram small rectangle stickers are not as tamper evident as shown in the video. I had to rub the sticker on very VERY hard in order for it to peel off as it does in the video.

The shipping was to expensive since there is no option for using USPS just for domestic USA :(
My items order suppose fit into just cheaper cost for USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope which cost near $5 or $6;
Or Flat Rate Box depend on my order, cause I don't think the sticker that thick will be easily bend or fold during mail ; rather then using fedex or ups regular only cost high at near $10.

Customer Service told me they couldn't do what I wanted and respectfully educated me why. It was actually refreshing and very helpful! I ended up going a different rout with there products and it turned out amazing.

I cannot say enough nice things about Michael. He was very quick to respond to my initial inqury even though we probably had a smaller than average order, he took the time to ask me questions about the application of the stickers (what we were trying to use them for). After getting an idea of what we were trying to do, he sent me a bunch of additional samples than what I had asked for which ended up being great because we selected one that was not what I would have originally chosen, but seeing it on our product, it just made so much more sense. He placed the order for me so i didn't have to go back and do it online. He called me (a few times b/c I'm difficult to reach) to confirm the order, billing details, etc. He was very knowledgeable about products offered, production times, and always kept me enlightened with what was going to happen next. All in all a great experience! Thank you Michael for your help, expertise and professionalism!

We order Premium Security Tape from NovaVision. The product is outstanding!! We have tried several other brands of tape and none of them work as well as the product we receive Nova Vision, and the price is great too!! A win-win for us!!

I don't really know why these stickers are so damn expensive they cant possibly be that hard to manufacture and they are just plastic. Also shipping was way over priced. But I needed them so I guess it is what it is. 3 stars is because I feel like I got gouged on the price. But the product and delivery were 5 star.
