100 Numbered holograms
You had exactly what I wanted. Several email communications were nice. I think you should reduce your shipping charges. I received my 100 holograms in an 8x8x5 box and they could have been sent in a regular sized envelope for 49 cents. Yes, you sent me 100 holograms that are the size of a folded up dollar bill in an 8x8x5 BOX and charged $9.75.
Also, the description said it was a roll of 100 and I received 5 sheets of 20. I don't care, but someone might.
You still get a 5 star rating!! Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. Regarding the product configuration of roll versus sheets, you are right -- we will revise the website so it is accurate. On the shipping...we only use Fedex or UPS for our shipments because their service is the most reliable and the price includes insurance. And we want the ability to track the shipment and confirm delivery. The $9.75 is the published minimum charge which was the same amount as the order you confirmed on-line. The 8x8x5 box was a substitute box -- perhaps this larger box created the impression we are inefficient in on shipping. We're sorry if we gave you that impression. On the day we received your order, we temporarily depleted our stock for the 3x4x8 boxes, which we normally use.

Fast Great Service at resonable price
Ordered padlock seals for the second time thru this company and they are the ones that had the best price, that's why I bought them. But the shipping was awesome it was here in a matter of days not weeks like some companies.

If you buy 3 rolls (rather than 1 roll per order), your savings is 17%. However, we recommend you consider buying a year's supply (5 rolls), which will reduce your cost by 28%. Buying multiple rolls at one time also reduces your shipping costs, which is an additional 8% savings.

amazing experience, setting a benchmark.
Im a returning customer, and I had ordered a product that I had begun to run low on, kathy from novavision called me, was amazingly friendly, and asked me if I wanted to re-order new stock. I had asked to call me back in 1 month as I had enough product left to last me that duration, and one month to the day, she called me back and my order was processed that day. This company is incredibley friendly and easy to deal with and I would recommend them to any business or individual requiring product and service they provide.
