Fast service and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Probably could have used smaller packaging and saved on shipping but would definitely use them again.

They had exactly what I was looking…
They had exactly what I was looking for, with many options to choose from. The customer service was great and responsive, to all my questions and requirements.
My only criticism would be, when asking for a quote, there is some lag between the request and them sending out the requested information. That being said, its neither a deal breaker nor a problem, more of a observation.
I wouldn't hesitate to do business with MPC again and I would highly recommend them for all your photometal needs.

Great service - perfect end result.
We had a custom order and frankly I expected long delays. As it turned out - the only delays were on my end and they had lightning fast turnaround with every change and edit ( and we had more than a few) that we made. The plaque got to us faster than I ever imagined and it was EXACTLY what we wanted in size and look. Literally perfect.

Great first experience for a new product part
This was my first experience with Metalphoto of Cincinnati, MPC. End to end, a great experience. I had a custom stainless steel plate made for a new product offering.
