Not In The Dog House 

I placed an order for £40.95 Order #145287 on 16th October 2023. Chased one week later and was told that it was being sorted in the warehouse. Despite emailing since, there has been no reply and no delivery. I'm afraid this appears to be a pattern looking at the reviews.

Do not use this company!! I ordered £66 worth of dog food on 18th Oct, which surprise surprise has not been received. Various emails sent and no reply. I have reported to action fraud and Mastercard and will hopefully get money back.
I will be more careful and check reviews before I buy in future 😡

Absolutely shocking company. Purchased dog kibble at cost of £60, no communication, chased order, they said it’s on it way, then radio silence, nothing ever arrived. Our order was end of September and still nothing or any communication. Avoid avoid avoid!

Similar story to everyone else. Order made of newly £40. Took payment but order has not been shipped and no response to emails.
Shameful.

I ordered a dog bed 14/10/2023 from this company, received an email 20/10/2023 saying order was delayed, nothing since!
I have emailed twice but been ignored. Terrible company do not buy from them!!

Ordered dog food on 5th September and chased up on 14th and 16th. . Cancelled on 18th as I needed the food, and was promised a refund 5 -10 days. Numerous e.mails sent but no refund. Have reported them to Action Fraud, and am trying my bank.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Goods not received and refund not given. Only replied when mentioned contacting trading standards and am still waiting for a refund.
Have raised a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.
Wish I had read reviews before buying - lesson learnt.

Scam company. They take money, look very convincing, and deliver nothing. There's a change org petition that can be signed. Do that!

Ordered some horse feed 12/10, not arrived and only communication have says I will get a tracking number. Still no feed and no refund! Feels like a scam!!!

Delivery delayed, ask for a refund - no response, no money!

So decided to read some reviews after also not receiving my good that I bought! No contact number, website down, no replies to emails! Absolutely fuming. I notice all the FB comments have been removed as well! Another person who wishes they had read the reviews!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Placed order with them 5 weeks ago. Got told 3-5 days delivery and still nothing. Sent numerous emails asking about the order and got answer on one apologising that I had not received the item and would resend.
Have requested a refund but obviously have had no response to that. Now going through my bank to report as fraud.
How can you live with yourselves??? In times like they are now with financial difficulties for a lot of people you just use that to your advantage advertising cheaper products knowing people will go through you because they love their pets and need to look after them the best they can. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Hopefully you will get shut down very soon to prevent any further heartaches.

Unable to supply my dog food, still waiting for refund, sent emails but no reply.

Placed an order in 9th of October for cat litter totalling £47 and have never received this order. My emails requesting a refund are now just being ignored. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this fake company. Please do not order anything from not in the dog house

Please please no one use this company, I ordered my kibble, instead of stating it was out of stock I paid, and then received the email there would be a delay, weeks passed, I got in touch by email, couldnt get through by phone,to ask for a refund, it had cost me a further £35 to buy the kibble while waiting for the order to arrive, again I emailed they said a refund would follow and not heard or had a penny back, ripping people off, how are they allowed to get away with it and still advertise?!!

Haven't received the collar yet emailed twice to ask where it is with no reply

If I could give negative stars I would. I thought I would support what looked like a family run business for my dog food. They now have just shy of £150 of our hard earned money. The same story as other reviews. Emails thanking for the order and then apologies and another apology, after I chased the order up. I placed the order on 13th October and I'm still waiting - Have contacted my bank as apparently been on the One Show.

Ordered necessary raw dog food on 05th October 23.

They kindly took my payment before giving me no communication, clearly this will never be delivered and unfortunately I didn’t do normal due diligence on the company before placing the order.

I noticed the whole website is down now so probably taken everyone’s money. Will claim back loss through credit card if they don’t refund or respond soon.
