Ordered on 2nd October, No delivery date . Emailed and was advised would refund on 5-10 working days. Still nothing and they are now not responding to emails. Order number 143353 Over £50 worth of dog food.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I had read Trustpilot first. This is clearly a scam.
Reported to Mastercard Fraud.

Update on 19th Nov. Finally have a refund but only after my bank were involved. I also emailed the company many times and advised them I would take action against them. There is also an article in The Times online and a FB group about this company. They are frauds and taking payments without goods ever being delivered. I have signed the online petition. I don't know why Trading Standards have not taken action yet.

Wish I could no stars. Ordered dog food on the 20th October never arrived. Emailed and rang no response, messaged via FB no response. Was not alot of cash £44 but we have 5 dogs so every penny counts. Wish I had read the reviews as I normally do..

order never turned up. have been asking for refund now for weeks and still nothing. I keep getting ignored or fobbed off. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Order placed for dog treats on 13th Oct, didn't arrive. Gave it a week and was told I would recieve an updated tracking number, nothing. Emailed again today and had auto reply saying 1 day for reply then another shortly after saying 2 days. Reporting to bank and trading standards.

I placed an order for 2 dogs coats but they haven’t arrived.
Their website is down for maintenance but it has been down for 5 days now. My email bounced back undelivered and telephone number goes straight to voicemail.
I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order. It is clear other people haven’t had orders fulfilled and I wont receive my order either.

I am very disappointed.

Never ever order from this company wish I had had read reviews before hand I ordered dog food but never arrived I have been trying to get a refund since September sent numerous emails kept saying refund had been given but to this day I still have no refund and now not replying to emails avoid this company now going to take action and take it further

Do not purchase from this outfit. Paid for dog shampoo. Not delivered, no refund, no communication total bunch of cowboys.

Ordered dog food on 5th September- it never arrived. Emailed to chase and got a reply from “Amy” but still no sign of delivery. Will now attempt to get a refund. Useless company - avoid!

Ordered 13th October. Email after a week apologised for delay. Asked for refund and cancellation. Nothing. Checked today. Website down. Facebook group about this company. Don't order! Reported to Action Fraud and bank. Scam!!!

This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I advise you strongly NEVER to use this company. I ordered a £20+ order advised it would be at least 5 working days absolutely not an issue. 5 WEEKS later I had received absolutely nothing at first when I emailed after two weeks I got quite a nice reply from a lady named Amy told me there was a delay and I'd receive my tracking info soon as it had been dispatched. Left it a week or so absolutely nothing emailed again said I'd receive it again still absolutely nothing emailed again to get a reply of "a" that was it asked for a better response got ignored. Emailed asking for a refund said it would take five-10 working days to show waited 2 weeks emailed again no response have emailed since still ignored still no refund. Honestly this company is a joke so unless you want ro spend money for no products and no refund avoid like the absolute plague! Weirdly enough I spoke to my sister a few days after this and she said she had the same problem! If I'd of known I never would of bothered. All I wanted to do was feed my dog. How they are still allowed to trade I have no idea.

Like everyone else’s experience, I placed an order for cat biscuits, received confirmation and an email from William thanking me for what I now know is a scummy website that steals money from people and doesn’t send them the things they ordered and when you contact them you receive excuses and then get ignored when you still don’t receive the goods you paid for and then the website coincidentally goes down for ‘maintenance’! 🙄🤬

Absolutely disgusting way to run a so called business, scamming people out of their hard earned money! Thankfully I was able to reclaim the money I paid back through my bank. This website needs shutting down and its owner needs to never be allowed to own a business again. Scum. Absolute scum.

The service and communication VERY much places this company IN the dog house!!!!!! No delivery, no refund. Thankfully l paid with a credit card, so will be putting a claim against them. My advice is to stay well away from this company!

When I ordered the dog food it was in stock, then immediately it went of of stock and I was notified a week later it was out of stock. That was 8th September. I have emailed several times, they replied once saying it had been dispacthed and I would recieve my tracking number, i have never recieved my tracking number or order! Shocking service, no refund and I have now contacted my bank as there is hundreds of people who have been scammed by this company.

Take your order without providing the goods. No refund and ignores contact. Criminals

Have been chasing a refund since 22 September and just thought I would google the company name. Seems like I have brought from a dodgy company and no chance of getting a refund!!

This company have taken my money - I ordered on 9th october - haven't had any tracking information- their phone number doesn't exist and now they're not answering my emails. They are scammers!!!! Don't order!!!

Have ordered a dog bed. Not been delivered. My emails chasing delivery & asking for a refund are being ignored. I believe this is a scam & a fake company.

I ordered cat litter to the tune of a little over £40. I did not receive the order so chased for a refund. Was told twice that a refund was on the way but that was just a lie. The director of the company is William James Wright. The company is still active. Please report the company to Trading Standards and Which. If anyone is considering taking him to small claims court, we should do it together. How many people has he conned? He needs to be stopped. He makes too many excuses and goes as far as to claim the unfavourable reviews are fake. I have the emails, William James Wright. And I printed hard copies.
