Not In The Dog House 

Agree this to be a scam. Ordered 20th Sept, paid, never dispatched. Followed up and came back to me a few times saying they’d resend. Fell for this twice! Now they are ignoring my emails. Gutted and now my dog is without a bed that I had to save for.

I ordered dog food on the 5th of August and have message them many times I still haven’t received the item which I paid £50 for and haven’t got a refund they don’t answer there emails I’m so disappointed, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Do not use this company. As with all the other reviews - they take your money but don’t send the purchased items. I am still awaiting a refund after a month and will now have to go through VISA disputes process

No items received. No refund. Poor communication

Ordered treats over 4 weeks ago. Emailed them and was told they are on there way. Still no sign 2 weeks later and ignoring all emails requesting a refund. Buyers beware.

Avoid! They took my money and didn't deliver all the items. When part of my order did arrived, some of the items were incorrect and some were missing. I ordered a bag of dog food that never arrived and despite emailing them several times, making complaints and being promised a refund, nothing happened.

It’s a scam. Looks genuine. Email response to order but no goods received. Website now down.

Ordered a dog coat 17th October. Not received as of 4th November. Emailed to ask where it was no response

The company refused to refund my money.
I now know that the company is being investigated by trading standards.

Do not use this company, they will happily accept your money but won’t deliver your goods.

Where is my dog bed my puppy will have grown out of it before it arrives you took my money on my card beginning of October this is not good enough

Awful company, do not use. Item never arrived. I have sent them multiple emails, most have gone unanswered. Some I have had replies and promises to either send the item or issue a full refund - neither has happened and I have had to ask my bank for help to get back the £60 which left my account at the end of September.

I have been in the position of many of the reviewers regarding NITDH. I did get my money back after a lot of emails and eventually threatened to inform numerous consumer organisations, radio & TV shows, Action fraud etc,
What is really concerning is that there are reviews from vulnerable people who have been scammed by this 'company'. Please, if you have been scammed by this 'company', YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There is a growing, supportive community out there on social media - Not In The Dog House Is In The Dog House - reach out - don't let Mr Wright win!

Oh dear!! A scam of a company. Taken £50 from me in late September . Had nothing but a few emails saying my money will be refunded in 5-10 days after complaining. No refund. Nothing received. Do not use!!!

Sham company. Ordered dog treats in September, nothing arrives, just a couple of apology emails, and when I asked for a refund, they decide to start ignoring me altogether.
Multiple emails sent but no response at all forthcoming.
Want to call them now, but I notice that the website is down ‘for maintenance’ Ha!
Has anyone got their phone number please?

Avoid this charlatan and his associates
I placed an order mid September.
Order never arrived they also did not respond to any emails or Facebook messenger messages
Until I left a review on trust pilot they stated that my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 5/10 days
Guess what no refund he William the company owner lied again robbing thieving scum scamming people out of money that they have worked for rather than doing what he dose to earn a living by defrauding people

Ordered on 4th Aug 2023.
Never received item. Contacted via email after a few initial responses I have received nothing more and no more replies. I have not had a replacement sent nor have I received any refund.

Scam company. Ordered dog food, nothing arrived, they said they had resent, they had not.

Asked for a refund 10 working days ago, they said my order had been cancelled and refunded, still no refund.
Had another email saying order has been cancelled and refund should be there in 5-10 working days. I’m not holding my breath.

Like so many others, I am sure I've been scammed. My order never came and despite emailing several times I have still not received a refund even though I was promised one. I wish I had read the reviews first. I've learnt my lesson for sure. My experience doesn't really even rate 1 star - it should be more like 0 or -1!

Well unsure and worried what to do as a agent called Tom is forever saying that I will be refunded in 7-10 days and that was in June and since then it has been automated mails to say they have received my request.
I think with my mental health that it is making me more ill and feel so stupid and pathetic for making a big discounted order when I should have used Amazon or someone well known but they sent a leaflet in the post and thought would give a try but learnt the hard way. I have no energy to pursue this but if I was well back in the day I would have taken legal advice or something as £60 is a lot of money to me now like most of us in the cost of living crisis. I am so honest and just could not sleep knowing I am practically stealing peoples money (not just me but others here) and they sleep at night as at the end of the day there are people who are a hell of a lot worse off than me and it hurts as the food was for animals who I love. Sorry to go on but I am telling the truth and have nothing to gain by telling lies so please believe me and not think I am attention seeking or anything - and stay safe and well and thanks for letting me post here. Here are just a couple of mails from them to prove for Trustpilot who need verification that I am telling the truth -- to my horror I have just logged into that account and all that is there is this Friday, 28 July 2023 at 09:19 but order number gone and says no orders made so why would I in June not July order and set up a account for delivery if I was not ordering? A message I found to my e-mail is underneath from Tom the agent I mentioned above but either way if they have removed the order than it will be my bank I need to contact as Trustpilot want proof I am not telling lies about the experience they say. Makes me feel more worthless. Perhaps my mental health is compulsive liar as that is what it makes me feel now Trustpilot will not take my word. Maybe some of you here believe me and would like to message a few reviewers here but it will not let me do so.
