Not In The Dog House 

Ordered a dog bed on 22/10/23 - never received. No response to emails. Their website is now down. Hopefully for good so they can’t scam anyone else. My bank have taken action to get money back. Really wish I had read all the reviews!

I ordered dog food, didn't receive any confirmation email money taken from my card, I've put in a dispute with my bank so should get my money back. I did also sent a follow up email to the company to ask where my order was etc received absolutely no communications, order elsewhere!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DID NOT RECEIVE ITEMS JUST HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR REPORT THIS COMPANY, LUCKILY MY NANK HAVE REFUNDED ME

Wish I had read these reviews before. Had the exact same experience as others. Ordered didn’t receive, said they had sent it again didn’t receive it! Said I’d get a refund and nothing has appeared!

Awful company ordered dog food never arrived still no refund my bank are sorting. Don’t even deserve a one star. Avoid avoid.

The website is a SCAM. Like previous reviewers, my order has not arrived and my emails have been ignored. Fortunately I have contacted my bank and they are 'raising a dispute' which I would advise anyone else, who has not received their goods, to do the same. Hopefully they will be shut down.

Scam company. Ordered food 21st October, today is 6 November nothing. Emailed them nothing. Checked trust pilot too late unfortunately don't order from this scam site.

Eventually got a refund after reporting them.
My lesson that I’ve learned is to ALWAYS READ REVIEWS before ordering from a company on the internet.

Paid for product but never received. Sent several emails, responded occasionally but just a brush off....

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Placed an order in August, did not receive it after chasing several times, asked for a refund and keep getting the same automated reply. Still not had anything.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Purchase in September, never received the order, emailed for a refund, advised they have issued this to me, chased 2 weeks later, advised they have now issued a refund. I have still not received any money or my order.

Ordered and paid for dog food a month ago and still waiting for a delivery. Really upset as unable to shop as have had an operation so ordered online. No reply to my various emails.

Don't buy from them , they take your money and you won't get the goods or refund!

Sad to report that the negative reviews are true. I made an order in September and have yet to receive any goods. Sent multiple emails - they replied once with an an apology, but there was no follow up or result, and still no order received. This is definitely a scam. Do not buy and avoid at all cost!! I’m still fighting to get my money back…. Which I assume I’ll never see :(

Do not buy From this company, they do not deliver and when asked for a refund they don’t reply or refund the money

Avoid this company. Checked Trustpilot too late. Prompt and polite email replies lull you into a false sense of security. Have been told 3 times now tracking info, and then a refund, would be with me. It still isn't ... after 2 months.

Do not purchase anything from this website, my initial purchase was on the 27th August we are now on the 5th November with no delivery or refund! Disgusting 😡

Ordered nearly £100 worth of stuff and still not received. No explanation and communications have just stopped after one email. I’ve requested a refund but imagine I’ll have to get it back via the bank based on what I’ve read.

Still waiting for the tray/box of dog food that I ordered and paid for in March. No response to emails or calls.
