Not In The Dog House 

just found this website and like all others....never got the order. 3 weeks passed I cancelled the ordered and told refund would follow but like everyone else no refund received! Scam....off the the credit card now to see if I can hopefully be refunded.

Ordered 3 items for £47 4 weeks ago. Money taken straight away, but to this day no goods. Cannot make contact with this company after chasing order several times. This is a scam as website has been down since order placed

It's been 2 weeks since payment was taken for my order and I've received nothing. I wrote to chase them up about the order and also heard nothing back. Now I see that I shouldn't have used the site in the first place as so many others also unhappy. Was trying to support small independent businesses...

It’s a scam, please avoid this company. We ordered lots of stuff as t was good value but never came

Do not buy from this company . I still have not received my order from the 5th October . Have sent numerous emails and am being totally ignored .

Order #142228 That is my order number I placed back in September. My items were never sent and all of my emails are being ignored. How this company is legally allowed to operate is beyond me! Now in touch with my bank and MP

Ordered beginning of Oct, money taken straight away. No delivery estimate date received, tried to no avail to get a date. After 3 weeks cancelled order, still waiting for refund 2 weeks later. Do not use this company!

No delivery where is my order 6weeks waiting

Ordered 16th Sept. Still nothing by 22nd October after saying their was a delay with getting my dog food. Told repeatedly this would be chased with the warehouse. In the end I was told my order would be refunded as they couldn't fulfill my order. Refund would take 5-10 working days. 2 weeks later still no refund. Suddenly all my emails are being ignored. Websites now been taken down! And I am left with no order and no refund. Disputing this with my bank to try and get my money back.

What a complete rip off took my money and I never received my order … so wish I looked on trust pilot before ordering ..

Scam. Don’t give them your money. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. I ordered a bed, money has been debited and I got a confirmation email. But after 3 weeks no other information and they’ve ignored my emails and fb messengers.

Bad experience. Placed an order and expected to hear from them in a couple of days when it had been processed. No contact for over a month after emailing several times, I was told my order had been dispatched, waited a few more weeks and still nothing, requested a refund which I was told would be within 5-10 working days, 3 weeks later I’m still waiting and I’m getting no reply for anyone in regards to this. This has been on going since August, 3 months later I still don’t have my order or a refund.

Utterly abysmal...rip off merchants.. order never received. Do not order from this scam website

Please add my name to the long list of customers who have sadly been scammed by this company… I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund whilst this company continue to scam people… Despicable behaviour and certainly don’t belong in the doggy loving community..!

I've had the same experience as other contributors.
Has made me more careful but still fuming over being 'mugged' of £40.

Avoid this company like the plague!! You place an order they take your money and you don't receive your order. They will eventually block you so that you can't communicate any more!!
