Not In The Dog House 

Like others here I wanted to support small "independent" business by buying from this company. Alas, my order never arrived. Let's hope my bank helps me get the money back, because Not In The Dog House are ignoring my requests for a refund. I'll stick to Zooplus next time.

Cancelled my order in September as they were taking to long. They have never refunded me. Web site gone along with my money. Total scam.

Ordered goods a month ago. No delivery, no response to emails, website down.
Scam or going bust.

Ordered pet products never came, no response,had to contact my credit card company for a refund
I reported on Trustpilot a year ago that there were numerous county court judgements against this company and they were insolvent
Trustpilot removed my review because Not in the Doghouse complained!
Disgraceful
How does this scam artist still have a credit card facility to rip off the public

That a look at the Saturday Times article November 4th “Businessman with a litter of Debts”.

These scammers took £50.97 for some dog food in September. I received nothing except automated emails when i kept asking for a refund. It seems they have helped themselves to the same amount from my bank account without me knowing until I checked today. I can not go into my account on the NotInTheDogHouse website as it has been blocked and cancelled. Please be aware they may take your money again on a regular basis. Reported to my bank.

Ordered a coat for my dog 4 weeks ago. Still not arrived and not responding to emails. Do not order from this company!

Ordered dog food from them which never turned up. Emailed and asked for a refund which in fairness they promised me. This then didn’t appear either so contacted my bank and got the money back that way, by them doing a chargeback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am also having a bad experience with not in the dog house.

I have messaged a number of times and although an email was sent to say thank you for placing your order on October 22nd that is all I have had since,
still no refund or dog food.. 😡

I ordered some dog treats a few weeks ago. I received a confirmation that my order was received and my account was debited. However, when I inquired about a status two weeks later, I received an email from a rep saying she would "check the warehouse." This email was quickly retracted and since then there have been no more emails. I felt it might be a scam so I contacted my bank. I will hopefully be credited soon. Next time I'll check reviews before ordering, I'm glad I only ordered two packets!

Do NOT order from this company, it’s a scam.
I ordered some dog food a couple of months ago and it was never dispatched. I contacted the company a couple of times to allow them the opportunity to send the food, only to be told they’d chase it with the warehouse. After it still wasn’t dispatched and with no explanation as to why, they said they would issue a full refund and to wait 10 working days. I still haven’t received the refund nearly 3 weeks later. They now won’t reply to my emails so I have no means of getting my money back from them. I spent a significant amount of money here which I’m set to lose, so please don’t fall into the same trap. Absolute disgrace of a ‘company’.

Please avoid at all cost. Spent £40 on dog food almost a month ago. Nothing has been received and no emails answered. I’m now going through my bank for a refund but I imagine many are left out of pocket already.

I didn't want to give a 1 star as how is it worth a one when a company steals my 74 pounds. I can't walk into a shop and take my cat food without paying for it, so how does this company have the right to do the same??
I have emailed the company twice in the last two weeks and had no reply. I realise now after looking at the Facebook group and BBC "watchdog" that we are dealing with a fraudulant company...don't shop with them!

Ordered dog food 25.9. Complained. Order despatched. Non arrival. Contacted. Asked refund. Agreed 7 day refund. Nothing. Reported to ActionFraud.police.com. Reported to Fraud dept at Bank.
Monetary loss £50.

I ordered frozen tripe and snacks for our dogs, received email confirmation,nothing arrived but we did get another email apology for lateness of order but were told our order had been dispatched. After another 5 days no order so I contacted them to say I wanted a refund as if my goods had actually been dispatched they would be defrosted and rotten by this point, still no contact from firm. I then checked reviews I realised I'd probably been had, contacted my bank and with their help got my money back. They are still sending me emails with money off vouchers. PLEASE DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Placed an order on 15th October, it still hasn't been dispatched. I've emailed them repeatedly to ask for a refund.
I wish I'd checked this page before ordering from them. Really need a raincoat for my little dog but I don't have any work and can't afford to buy another. I won't order from anywhere without checking here first now.

Ps. After ordering I immediately received an email thanking me for my custom...... I would be very happy to receive £46 in an instant for nothing!!

Same as everyone else, I pay for a product I didn’t receive. After many messages and promises of a refund that never came, I ended up doing a charge back with the bank. NEVER USE THOS COMPANY!!
