Ordered dog food early October 2023 not received and never reply to email or messages paid £60+ disgraceful it’s like I have been scammed

Like most people who have written a review. I ordered around £40 worth of treats for my cat and it never arrived. I have emailed them and no reply. Don’t buy from this company they are raisers

Unfortunately I am only going to write the same as the other reviews. Ordered dog coat in august. Never arrived. Asked for replacement and refunds. They have now stopped responding to my messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Horrendous company do not order from them, really wish I had read the reviews first! Been trying to get my money back since August 2023 as they eventually said they could not deliver my order, I have been emailing repeatedly as thats the only way to contact them!

Do not order from this company. Ordered in August, total scam. My cat food never arrived and they just ignore you.

Ordered a coat for my dog in Oct. Have paid. Got an e-mail about a week later saying they were running late. Despite numerous e-mails no response. Website is down. Would either like a refund or the coat!

Goods not received after a month. No reply to numerous e mails. Don't buy anything from them.

Thieves! Ordered 2 dog coats, didn't arrive, emailed them, oh, will send it, still haven't received them, emailed them to say I want refund as it was over a month since I ordered the coats and with horrible weather coming. Email replied saying that refund will be in my bank 5-10 working days... I waited plus one day.... nada, emailed them... no reply, again, no reply, will be taking them to trading standards.

Ordered in October and paid for, confirmation by Will thanking me for supporting his business,but I've received nothing, I've emailed on several occasions and received no reply.

Ordered two cat collars in October.
Emailed numerous times.

Please do not support this company, it’s a waste of your money!!

Complete rip off. Purchased item and never heard from them again. Looks like they take your money and dissappear. Keep well away!!

TERRIBLE! how they are still allowed to trade is disgusting. Ordered in October, nothing arrived. I emailed 3 times. I’ve had no response. Website seems very legit but it’s a scam. Google you need to take them off your search engine. I’m going to the police with it. Never order from here. Chucking your money away you will get the same outcome

i ordered dog food 23rd October 2023 for £43.69 and never received, tried to email and send mail but it constantly says closed due to maintenance.
I have only heard on the receipt of payment and monies out of my account, order 146180 ! so if you want to be out of pocket 'Not in The Dog House' is the DOG HOUSE place to go!!

Have reported company to police (fraud dept). Paid money, dog food didn't arrive. Offered replacement that never arrived. Offered refund within 7-20 working days, didn't arrive.

Have left numerous emails and replies follow two formats.
No customer helpline replies to voicemails

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Placed an order, goods did not arrive.
Ignored emails.
Phone number not in use.
Opened a fraud case with the bank.
Received a refund.

The worst company i have had the displeasure of dealing with. After waiting 2 weeks for an order that was supposed to take a maximum of 5 working days it took me 2 months to get my money back through my bank. They lied to me on 2 separate occasions about a refund being issued. A stressful experience for me.

Placed an order on 5th October, placed an order for an item for our dog. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was advised that the item was not in stock and when it was in stock they would send it out. After this they have gone quiet. I have emailed the several times since 5th October, and now they have stopped replying to me. The automated messages says you will receive a response in 2 working days, and I do not get a response.
I have now requested several time for them to refund my money, but they have not responded to this email either. Very disappointed with this company. Will not be using them again .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 7 weeks after placing order still waiting.Several emails requesting return of my money, still waiting.

Ordered two coats for my two dogs. Received an email saying there's a delay. Two weeks later still has not arrived. Email/fb the company to speak to someone. Had no reply. Used my bank to get my money back. Avoid buying from this website.
