Not In The Dog House 

I ordered a dog harness in July. I was sent an apology that my order was delayed. After numerous emails. 5 months later I still haven't received my order or a refund DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam company. Reported to many agencies. Take orders and money but do not deliver. Thousands have lost money. AVOID

8 weeks ago I ordered and nothing has been delivered and zero response...I have tried to contact multiple attempts of contacting them through various methods, Email, Facebook, Instagram, and no response

7 weeks and dog food still not sent and no reply to emails asking what was happening with my order and if it was not going to be sent would appreciate a refund
Have given one star only because you can't give 0 have never known such poor service

Don't buy anything from this company.

I cancelled my order on seeing others reviews and never received a refund.

Order from September - 40 pounds down the drain - tried to contact - no news for order - no communication- no refund - just another scan site - namaste 🙏

Awful company same happened to me as all other reviews. They should not be allowed on Google as they rip people off. I was lucky enough to contact my bank and they got my money back. Wish we did not live in a world of not trusting websites

Still waiting for my refund. No replies. Absolute disgrace. total fraudsters. I have no doubt this firm will go bust any day, taking mine and others money with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Appalling service. Order not delivered after a number of weeks. Offered a refund twice and each time I waited the 5-10 days for it to appear in my bank. Many people in my local area apparently had also not received goods or a refund from this company.
I contacted Citizens Advice who forwarded my complaint who forwarded it via the local Trading Standard to North Yorkshire Trading Standards for them to continue their enquiries.
My credit card company were excellent and attempted to get my money back via a charge back. This the company didn't want to do for some reason but would now issue me with a full refund which happened immediately.
I wish I had checked with Trust pilot before placing my order.
Being in my late 70's I found the whole situation quite stressful.

Ordered £62.91 worth of frozen dog food on 29th August. 2 months later asked for a refund as they still hadnt delivered. Another month gone by and i decided to look at Trustpilot and see they have scammed many others. There is a big fraud case set up on Facebook page which i will also follow and report

Still waiting for my refund of £103.04 paid on 14th September for an order that never left their warehouse. Refund was promised 5-10 working days on 12th October (after several promises of goods delivery). I am going to keep updating reviews here until my money is returned. No one can afford to donate £100 to a scamming company.

Not received product I ordered 5 months ago even got a few emails saying sorry for the delay but still no product 50quid I won't see again

Horrendous!
I placed an order with them on the 1st September and I haven't received it yet. I've contacted them several times in the last couple of months but I have received no response at all. Traders like this should be fined and ban!!

Great news - the company has gone into volountary liquidation so won't be ripping anyone else off!!

Bad news is that anyone owed money isn't going to get it back now 😕

Ordered dog food in November 2022. Paid for 5 day delivery. Food did not arrive. Emailed and asked where my food was. Was told error in despatch. Still no food a week later. Asked for a refund. Was told refund authorised. No refund, no dog food despite numerous phone calls and emails. Reported to Action Fraud and my bank. Do not order from this company please.

I placed an order on the 22nd September, received no tracking details and so contacted them. They said they’d look into it, and have heard nothing since. I fear it’s a scam as others have said. No sign of a refund or even an apology for not being able to fulfil the order.

They took my money and delivered nothing. I chased several times and then asked for a refund. They sent emails saying sorry for the delay and eventually promising a refund. It didn’t arrive and I note the website is now down for maintenance. Scam.

Unfortunately my review is exactly the same as everyone elses. I ordered on Oct 3rd and the only contact I've had was a conformation of my order. I have sent numerous emails but no response.
I can't believe that companies are allowed to trade like this. Absolutely disgusted.

Ordered dog food in Sept 23,receive nothing, emailed in October told order on way, nothing arrived contacted 19th October informed by Tom, could not complete order so sending me a refund in 6-9 days, it's now 21st November and have still received nothing, have emailed continually but with no reply.
Absolute waste of time.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING OUTFIT.
