Customer service was absolutely horrible took 1 months to send it out and I paid for express shipping, the watch stopped working 5 months after I finally received the watch, and when I contacted them to replace and honor their warranty it took 1 months to get back to talked to me like I'm dumb and asked if I charged it, and now it's been another month and still no reply to my second email DO NOT ORDER THIS WATCH

Watch stopped working. The “indestructible “ watch just stopped working and I can’t get an answer from the customer no service department. Should have read the reviews first. I am house bound so no abuse to the watch.
Seems like a scam
I ordered a smart watch a month ago. They charged me the day i ordered and still haven’t shipped my order. The website says it ships within 48 hours. I have sent 7 emails requesting information, left a voicemail and sent a text message. The only response I’ve gotten is an automated message saying customer service will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
They stole my money!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a watch from Njord Gear and finally, after 2 months and followups, received said watch. It wasn't what we wanted, so we returned it immediately (you have 30 days). But you have to wait for a shipping label...which took 45 days to get the label which we mailed within 2 days of receiving. They received the package (I used tracking mail) and it's been 3 months with no refund (by the way, they charge a restocking fee...so you don't get the full refund). So now they have the watch AND our money! They're not reliable and they're crooks!
WARNING....do NOT buy from this company! You'll regret it!

I’m in the construction field
I’m in the construction field and wanted a watch with long battery life,and durable. I wanted the call and text feature the most.The only problem I had was after the first week it didn’t receive notifications from my phone.(messages). I reached out to customer service and they told me to reconnect, so that’s what I did.Works now and hopefully it continues.

Reached out directly from their website as well for refund. Still nothing. complete silence! Feel scammed . No watch and no money so far....
I really liked the watch..Until...
I really liked the watch... Until I lost it. Couldn't figure out how or where. I always had it secure. So I got a second one. And found out how it came off. The holes in the case to secure the strap pins break off so that the pins no longer hold them in place. I sent an email to Njord since it's within the warrant period. Crickets... sent a few more.. More crickets... Too bad. Looks like I'm going shopping for a reputable manufacturer..
No delivery, no response
Placed my order on August 21 and was assured delivery soon. Waited a week for shipping notification, nothing, Sent follow up email. Now, here it is Sept 27. No response to any of the dozen or so emails since, not even the ones asking for a refund.
Should have looked for reviews ahead of time.
Pros/cons
I ordered a 2nd band but didn't receive it, notifier the company asap and they send it quickly! Not 100% sure I like the app Fit cloud pro but I'm still learning to navigate things. Watch seems awesome but I can't figure out how to have the watch always recognize my steps and can't quite seem to figure out how to have it recognize my gait but I'm sure it does. Learning curve. Love how tough this is, not even a speck of damage after hand hauling logs out of the bush.
Scam / Failure of Product Delivery
This has been a long time in the process. Ordered 20 June 2025. Stayed in touch with their cust support, which is good at words but not anything else. It has now been over three months, they have kept my money, and never delivered the product. So I am now advising the organization I belong to to avoid them at all costs. This organization has 1.6 Million members.

They took my money and didn’t send my watch.
I ordered a watch August 22 and it is now September 20 and I have not received anything. No tracking number even I e sent emails and they just say it’s coming. I want my money back. I think this may be a fraud company. Collecting money and never sending product. Stay away.
