Ken and Gomer were efficient, professional and made my move less stressful. They ensured they wiped down all of my furniture with anti-bacterial wipes before bringing it into my house and had gloves and protective masks on throughout. Couldn’t recommend NGS enough. Thanks again!

Despite agreeing a price, I ended up paying significantly more as they kept adding extra cost that were never disclosed to me beforehand. The two movers were lazy and too smart to follow assembly instructions so not only did they incorrectly assemble part of my bed, they incorrectly claimed that it was faulty. As they were too busy incorrectly assembling the bed because they didn't feel like following the assembly instructions, I ended up carrying most of my stuff, doing all the heavy work. The company has not responded to my complaints for days in any form, they are a total rip-off!
Extremely disappointing and for the price I paid, I could have hired a decent company.
