Customer service was really good and really helpful

Was really happy Nima group service with the level of professionalism and the two guys who were involved were very Polite and professional gave me and my wife a wonderful service from start to finish, the whole moving process was very easy and smooth and Nima Group Services turned up on time ( 30 mins early then the time we agreed on) our things were carefully packed and wrapped, they managed to curry all of all our belongings down 3 flights of stairs. Transported to the pit new house with great services. Me and my wife would definitely recommend Nima group service

Avoid like the plague!!
The moving men caused damage to the property during the moving process and advised me I'd be compensated for the loss and only needed to provide the invoice for the repair to the company. I did exactly that but guess what, a month has passed and I still haven't heard from them. Let alone compensating me for the damage their employees caused, they don't even respond to my emails. So all I would say is hire them at your own peril because if anything goes wrong or if their men cause any damage, the loss would be yours and they won't take any responsibility. The worst customer experience I've ever experienced by far. Disgraceful company!

Update - After I left this review, NGS offered to give me my money back on the condition that I remove this review first. When I refused to remove my review and give in to their blackmail and coercion, they refused to compensate me for the damage caused by their employees. Absolutely shocking behaviour that I have never come across before!
