This is my fourth or fifth year and doing this and it’s an easy review of the rules of the road. You can do over many days.

Course was well presented and easy to take. My wife and I took the course in one weekend and we had our certificates within a week.

Almost everything. I was not allowed to move on to the next modules. I had no luck in my attempts to contact customerservice for support. So I lost the money I paid for the course.

It was easy to follow, understandable and made a lot of sense. I also liked that I could start and stop when I got tired or needed to attend to something else and didn't have to start from the beginning.

The experience was very easy and I like that I could stop and then come back to finish if I needed to.

Time to change this course delivery platform. An interactive, video enhanced course rather than a mono voice with far too much information would greatly help to achieve the goal.
I would pay more for a better educational experience.
I am a senior driver participating for an insurance discount. My background and informational needs differ from a teenager or younger inexperienced driver.
I would not recommend this course to others. My insurance company should investigate other platforms for my specific educational needs.
