I definitely needed this program, it is an insight that you wouldn't think that, you actually needed it. No one is a super experienced driver.

While I appreciate the opportunity to complete this required course, there are several quality issues that should be addressed.
The AI narration frequently mispronounces common traffic terms and signs. Examples include "tune-ups" being read as "Tune You P-E-S," "NO TURN ON RED" being read as "N O turn on read," and "43,000+" being read as "43 zero zero zero plus." These errors are distracting and reduce confidence in the course.
More importantly, I found at least one textual error that changes the meaning of a traffic law. The course states that a driver may be ticketed for driving at a speed "reasonable and prudent" for existing conditions. The word "not" is missing. The correct statement is that a driver may be ticketed for driving at a speed not reasonable and prudent for existing conditions.
I also found inconsistent information regarding the color of yield signs in different parts of the course. The course should be carefully proofread for consistency and accuracy.
Finally, the quizzes emphasize memorization of isolated facts rather than understanding safe driving principles. A review of the content and narration by a qualified editor would greatly improve the educational value of the course.

The site was hard to access sometimes with the security features.

It was a bit confusing at times because some questions had more than one right answer. I found 2 answers that were contradictory to my states laws. After I took my test the 2 answers I got wrong I looked up and my answers were actually right. I got through it and got my certificate, that’s what matters. It was just a bit frustrating at times.

The content was easy to follow. Over all not a bad experience. I'm still waiting on .y certificate though.

It made me aware that I sometimes take driving for granted. I have to take it more seriously when at the wheel. Even if I'm taking the back way.

I couldn’t make it function properly and cancelled the transaction successfully, after calling the credit card, which was also a huge pain in the ass.
