Don’t use

The positive reviews are ALL false.

Their training platform for defensive driving course ( to reduce insurance premium) is HORRIBLE.. too many technical glitches to count.
Why AAA ( Auto club) has a contract with Cartus is beyond incompetent.likely a money grab . Shame on AAA.

Jestine was so helpful in fixing a mix up regarding the students name on the enrollment certificate and resolved it right away as it was pretty time sensitive.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I just purchased a food manager test. Created my account and logged in, took the test and passed. Printed out the test and it’s not my name on the certificate. I call the customer service, they are unwilling or unable to help me. They cannot change the name even though my email has been compromised they will not refund my money. I have proof that I created the a. Point, I paid for it with my debit card and I took the test. So now someone has a certificate without doing a thing and I’m just shit outta luck. I have called the state and reported them. Who knows if the state will ever respond. If it’s anything like renewing your permit I’m sure I’m in in a hell of a wait. So they got my money, and certified someone else who has used my email I suppose. I have been instructed to make a new email and retake the test. I will not use Certus again for any reason. Their customer service is terrible. I have called them so many times, cannot get a supervisor. One guy whom I can barely hear and he won’t speak up mocked me and talked over me. Save yourself time and money. Do not use them. I have to do all this BS over again with a different company. Hopefully I can find an honest one.

Great customer care

Unknown expiration dates - Renewed without question

I purchased a course for a builders license. I was unaware of an expiration date which has passed. After a lot of dead ends through the actual company that I bought the course package from, I contacted this host company and they were quick to satisfy, seeing that I never logged in or started the course.

Above and Beyond

My daughter kept getting locked out of her account and KIE YIING went above and beyond to get her access again and ensure it doesn’t happen again. We are already stressed about getting the course finished before her test and this really eased our mind. Thank you!!

Fail and restore

Halfway through unit 6, my laptop completely malfunctioned, causing me to fail a quiz. I joined the live chat and was paired with Jill, and she was able to restore the course due to technical difficulties. Amazing worker!
