Great spokesperson for this company! Ria!
Ria was very patient- and I do mean patient. Both my husband & I had a very frustrating experience trying to login in to our account once the course had been paid for. We started yesterday and finally gave up after resetting our password multiple times. Ria figured out that because we had taken this course in the past, it might be better to use our username instead of our email address. Even her voice kept me less agitated with the whole process. She is a great asset to her department!

microphone issue
I was able to resolve my issue with the microphone and was able to continue with the course I am currently taking. Caryl was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and patient.

After completing the course in Jan…
After completing the course in Jan 2026, the certificate was suppsoe to be mailed; however, after multiple attempts over the course of 4 months, the certificate still hasn't been delivered, and I lost time and value from the 4 months of not having the ceritifciate. I reached out to the support group but they didn't answer my questions and the longer the certificate is missing the less time the certificate is valid for. Extremely poor customer experience, and waste of value

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - I wish I knew beforehand - I was almost done with the test and then missed a few questions on a section then they make you take the ENTIRE test again and not just the section where you answered incorrectly - not to mention it froze over the weekend and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT on weekends when most people have the time to take the course - now I have to pay for another class and start from the beginning - awful company!!

This course is terrible in comparison to other companies
My husband is doing a defensive driving course through a different company right next to me and his experience has been so much better. He just glides through the modules. American Safety Council / Fusion A Certus Solution instead keeps logging me out and takes forever to load the next screen. There a million extra steps to get to the next page here, each with long loading times.

Nastiest company I ever encounter. From 2 .5 months ago they keep saying we shipped your card and you will receive it by 2 weeks and every 2 weeks they saying we send it today after 6 times sill same thing. If I could reach the owner of this company I would show him what is look like to be disrespectful.
