The booking process was straight forward. I received the quote quicker than expected. They managed to offer me an appointment within a few days despite the short notice. Visit went smoothly, received a detailed report within 24 hours! I paid £350 which is a lot of money but I assume the 66 issues identified would cost me a lot more to sort out if I had to pay for them. Would highly recommend for peace of mind, thank you for a smooth service from start to finish.

I had my new-build home snagging inspection carried out by Orlando, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. He was absolutely amazing, incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish.

Orlando walked me through everything I needed to understand, including the relevant NHBC standards, and explained each issue clearly and calmly. He also reassured me on a few concerns I had, which really put me at ease. The final report was extremely detailed and has given me a solid foundation to go back to my developer and demand the level of quality I’ve paid for.

Really happy with the quality and speed of service. John, from the NHQC team, was very thorough with the survey and welcomed all my questions.

Arranging the survey was very straightforward. Johnny got in touch to confirm and arrived when he said he would. He picked up little things that I would have missed and put them all in a clear concise report that I can give the builder and ensure they are all ticked off. Johnny was very friendly and helpful.

Never phoned back , also some points are not valid such as lead upstands are fine at 75mm and ground levels should be .225mm below damp course. Any future customer will find this firm does not like to answer the phone and are rude when they reply to E mails.

Really good detailed report provided at the end, with pictures for everything and clear references to NHBC requirements. Very helpful and good value for money. Only slight criticism, email communication could be a bit more courteous (very short, to-the-point answers given only).
