I don’t understand half of the things…
I don’t understand half of the things that go on. I made payment (£56.33) then another money was also deducted(32.60). Information is not passed adequately and when sent it is not properly understood.

We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to decrease this by request and I apologise for any inconvenience.

Had the Aqua card for a few years
Had the Aqua card for a few years. Always paid up each month then suddenly I got a email. To say my card was cancelled. No explanation to why??
Now for the last few years. I get a email as if I am still using it???
