Appalling lack of customer service by NewDay John Lewis credit card

I wanted a replacement card but to my astonishment was told this would take over 3 weeks with most customers receiving cards by the 15th, 16th or even 17th day!

I was informed that the problem is that the cards are sent 2nd class untrackable(!) by the awful Royal Mail.  And that Royal Mail 2nd class is now only delivered on alternate weekdays one week 3 times a week and the next week only twice a week!

I asked for a digital card but no you can't use until you receive a physical card!

This is the disdain in which NewDay treat John Lewis customers buy using the cheapest most insecure and unreliable post instead of offering customers the choice to pay for a reputable tracked courier.

John Lewis should be ashamed of the way that they agree with this treatment of their loyal customers.

I love my aqua account however my past…

I love my aqua account however my past one's I.e think money capital one, ect gave you a much more comfortable credit li.it I hardly dare use my aqua card as my credit limit is the lowest I've ever encountered but other than that always got a positive response I.e when requesting them if they would change my payment date so its same week as funds go into account not the week before

I’ve had my marbles card now for a few…

I’ve had my marbles card now for a few years, it’s got me out of a lot of scrapes over that time, money if you need it on cash transfers which I have done several times, really good repayment plans, I would recommend this card to anyone
