Absolutely shocking!!! Wanted to pay last amount of BNPL an basically told I can't. Trying to speak to someone was a joke. Press 1 press 5 press 3, and just went in circles. So tried the chat zero help and very frustrating. All I wanted to do was pay and was basically told I can't until after the 17th of this month. Very sad for argos that they now have this.... complete let down.

Terrible company, I asked for statements been on the phone over 35 minutes now, spoke to 2 people Inc a manager who were very hard to understand and who have just gone and left me waiting..beware of the high interest charges 26.4%!!

When I called I was told that the case had been closed. A complete waste of time and effort.

No alternative contact given just calling numbers I find it hard and massively struggle.. I'm surprised that there's no way to be heard that isn't a phone number in 2026

after installing the new argos pay app im bombarded with text messages and mail to my private adress, bearing in mind i have not registered on this app or provided it with any personal details, still awaiting reply to the 4 emails sent to newday as to how they can presume to, know my emails and phone number,Exactly what information is this app extracting from my phone without consent?? no i will not contact you thats your job especially if you want to be paid,update again no information from me was entered into the app??? are we getting that bit the law clearly states any app cannot send information without consent, not that i gave it any information but i get sent emails and text messages for over a week, so again we will ask what information is this app ilegally sendingg from my phone in detail , last chance before it becomes a legal matter
..further edit actuall consulted with lovely huge legal dept we have here you collected data from my phone without consent ie my phone number the ico will now be informed
