Refused to deliver sofa that had been fully paid for citing "sofa was too heavy" for the 2 delivery personal and one of the 2 possible routes into the room (thru' the garage) to where we wanted the sofa was a "health and safety concern" given 'suprisingly' the garage was being used for storage.
Had to pay for redelivery with no feedback as to when this might be and since we had to get rid of our old sofa to receive the new one we're now looking at weeks sitting on hard garden chairs.
Not impressed and would not recommend NCF based on this. Very willing to take our money but not very willing or able to help resolve the delivery problem where fundamentally wasn't one.

Danielle was wonderful, a real credit to your organisation. Patient, informative, warm and interested. No pressure to buy and yet we still did, which is just the way to do it, in my opinion! A full explanation of options was provided which gave confidence to make a decision. For a first time buyer of all things furniture it really helped. Thanks Danielle

Visited the store a week ago and again today and Danielle was really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in store is lovely not pushy, when we had finally decided on which sofa we wanted Danielle finished our sale with a smile! Would definitely recommend !!
